Ngl you’re one of the only RUclips channels that actually work. I was told by girls I was a 5 like a year or 2 ago. Now I’m getting 7 or 8s. Thank you man 💪
🔵 Good hair is moisturized but not necessarily with water. Hair is hydrophobic, so use oils and conditioners to keep it healthy. 🔵 Clean your scalp - unhealthy scalp creates unhealthy hair. Use products and serums that can help with things like dandruff, psoriasis, dryness, and redness. 🔵 You might be using shampoo wrong - it's meant to clean the sebum and build-up from your scalp. Focus its application there and avoid the ends of your hair to prevent removing healthy oils. 🔵 Pre-oil your hair before washing and always condition after shampooing to restore oils and protect your hair. 🔵 Choosing the right hair products is key. Expensive shampoos aren't always better, make sure they contain gentler cleaning agents and aren't just charging for the brand. 🔵 How often to wash your hair depends on your hair type and how quickly it becomes greasy. 🔵 Don't always air dry or use heat to dry your hair. The middle ground is towel or t-shirt drying by gently squeezing the water out. This should save you time and keep your hair healthy.
For you, my man with curly/wavy, thin and greasy hair, here is what have been working for me: solid shampoo (only wash the scalp) 3 times a week maximum and conditioner; the days in between, use only conditioner (let it work for a few minutes and rince it out with a lot of water) and style with salt spray. Try it and tell me
if youre on no shampoo i personally think using oils is best for hydrating your hair. i recently tried using a mixture of coconut oil and castor oil, and it works like a charm, ny hair felt super healthy. however, i recommend not using it when youre going places (like school or work) just because it makes your hair really greasy and can last for days unless you shampoo it out. so try it when youre on a vacation or something.
Wish someone told me this 2 years ago. I did a lot of experimentation and had a tough time understanding my hair and the impact of weather on it. The routine I have is very similar to the video's 1. Pre-oil(I add a few curry leaves into mildly heated coconut oil) atleast 30 mins before shower or leave it overnight. 2. Shampoo(Tresemme) diluted in a little water. 3. Use soft water to wash hair. (I fill my bucket with drinking water from a water cooler if the place I am in doesn't have soft water. Hard water damages your hair). 4. Apply Conditioner. Leave out the roots. (Use luke-warm or cold water) 5. T-shirt's perfect to dry out excess water. ( Bought a hair dryer after a lot of dilly dallying. A few people complain about hair loss. Used a tower fan to dry out my hair until I found out that it's a really bad idea in humid weather. Ionic hair dryer's good and doesn't damage hair. The ions help in preventing clumping of hair) 6. Dry out your hair on cool setting with a diffuser attachment. At the end switch to level one heat setting and ensure that the hair's not wet at the roots. 7. Switch to concentrator nozzle attachment. Cool shot at max speed. This helps in sealing the hair strands and not letting moisture escape (I always hesitated to apply oil or serum after blow drying fearing that I'll lose volume or the oil will weigh down my hair) 8. Use a light weight oil like Argan Oil which doesn't weigh down hair. Do not apply to roots. 9. I style my hair with powdered hair wax for light hold over my wavy coarse hair I do this every other day or every two days depending on the weather and my physical activity.
@@Azzzy-lifts If you think your hair is under nourished... You gotta do some deep conditioning with coconut oil or some equivalent available at your place for a few weeks or months. And fixing your diet will help too. Takes time. But I'd guarantee that your hair will improve. For now... Reapplying argan oil the next day should work
hair isn't naturally hydrophobic. The buildup of oils in hair causes it to become hydropobic. If this causes dryness for you, try using a humectant of some kind in your hair to draw in more moisture
The editing is OnPoint but the frame rate and bit rate are really low, the video is at 1080p60 on youtube but it looks really pixelated, blurry and stuttery I guess it's got something to do with the export of the video editor. Also, the AI images doesn't really fit the style of the editing, I'm not saying to stop using AI but to simply change the style of it, maybe to a less photorealistic and more minimalistic style. Good tips by the way, Cheers.
