I use literally aloe vera gel on my hair and it makes my hair look better than any product i used, i use the gel 2 times per week and my hair is always clean and wonderful
You can do lots of things like using good quality shampoo and conditioner and really follow this routine. I'm planning to make a separate video on hair fall soon!
You can use conditioner daily and I don't think so conditioner is the main issue of your hair fall until and unless you are using good quality product. Planning to make a separate video on hairfall problem
I got a damage frizzy hair I try to fix it but I don’t have that budget to buy expensive hair products idk what to do when I get out of shower I notice tons of hair falling.

Conditioner can help you out. You can either do a complete buzzcut and start using this hair care routine

You can shower two times per day but I don't recommend washing your hair two times per day. It best to keep 1/day
