Oh..? You're brushing your teeth, right? Are you eating well? Are you sleeping 8 hours a day? If you are too worried to devote an extra 20 to 30 minutes a day to take care of your hair, you can simply skip it by shaving your head. Isn’t that a good idea? I know you’re already thinking about it. However, don’t give us your stupid advice about saving those 20 minutes by bypassing your hair care routine. You could also save your precious time by avoiding your inefficient advice in RUclips comments. That also sounds like a great idea, right? I hope that, from now on, you can save many more hours by just bypassing your nonsensical comments on RUclips. My question is, isn’t your hair worth getting 30 minutes of attention every day? On Sunday, you have a lot more time to think about your hair products, especially if you are that busy.
normally I never comment, BUT! I was growing my hair for 6 years and through all these 6 years, nobody could tell me anything how to treat my hair better even though I asked many people. And here I saw this video. Well I'll be damned, because all what I need, even about dandruffy dry skin, here perfectly explained in 8 minutes.
I use literally aloe vera gel on my hair and it makes my hair look better than any product i used, i use the gel 2 times per week and my hair is always clean and wonderful
@@FeelGoodWithAli Sure it does, sometimes i add like honey and any oil to make it better, but with that i spend money haha, pure aloe gel its free for me, my family terrain has plenty of big aloe vera

Here’s a structured summary of the video: 1. Daily Hair Washing Use a mild shampoo suitable for your hair type. Avoid overwashing to prevent stripping natural oils. 2. Conditioning Apply conditioner after shampooing to hydrate and detangle hair. Focus on the ends rather than the scalp. 3. Drying Techniques Gently pat hair dry with a towel instead of rubbing. Avoid excessive use of heat tools (e.g., blow dryers). 4. Choosing Products Select products tailored to your hair type (e.g., oily, dry, curly, or straight). Avoid products with harsh chemicals or excessive alcohol content. 5. Styling Tips Use styling products in moderation to avoid buildup. Experiment with lightweight products for a natural look. 6. Healthy Lifestyle Maintain a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals. Drink plenty of water to keep your scalp and hair hydrated. 7. Hair Maintenance Trim hair regularly to prevent split ends. Protect hair from excessive sun exposure. By following these steps, you can maintain healthier, well-groomed hair.

Instead, stick to shampooing 3x a week or 4x a week if u sweat too much, it depends on your hair type also.. if you have straight hair, go for 3x to 4x. Ketoconazole shampoo, rinse it and leave for 20 minutes. This is important 20 minutes, do it twice for first 2 weeks. After this once a week or as required. Don't forget to use conditioner later as ketoconazole dries hair. Should work
The best hair routine is to not put chemicals on your hair. Use shampoos without sls or just wash with water only. If your hair starts to fall out, make a very simple recipe. You buy a garlic, kiwi, onion and olive oil. Chop them and blend them. Squeeze them with some old cloth in a spray bottle or poke a small hole in the cap.
