  • Royal Icing drip is a great and easy way to decorate a cake. It does not take a lot of time to prepare and it always comes out perfectly.
    You can add colouring to the icing if you wish to.
    Try my recipe and you will always have the perfect royal icing drip every time for your cakes without fail.
    Ingredients used:
    (Measurements are in weight and volume)
    Egg White - 35g or 1 Egg’s white
    Icing Sugar - 140g or 1 cup + 1 tbsp
    The ratio of egg whites and icing sugar is 1:4
