Andy Irons spoke truthfully from his mind and heart his honesty is an attribute to be admired. His athleticism was epic he ignited everyone he came in contact with. His energy bountiful and always sharing aloha throughout the universe his legacy will grow prosper and ignite generations to come.

I can't begin to understand how one could dislike such a video. A tribute to someone who helped progress and inspire the sport or lifestyle that is surfing. I agree with Makinwaves02 on this. Sad state our human race is in.
Andy threw the most vertical spray out of any surfer I have ever seen. His style was aggressive, edgy, powerful, & smooth all at the same time. I remember in 1998 when he won the OP pro, his skating surf style was a throw back to Matt Archibold. He was robotic-ally precise & raw, throwing massive buckets! His backside attack at Hossegor was so vertical & tight in the pocket that I do not think Kelly Slater could surf those waves any better. God bless you Andy. I will remember you always!
