    Mark Millar has written so much garbage that it's unbelievable he's the same guy who could come up with something like Red Son.

      @Dante19883  3 года назад +1

      Ha ha yes I agree. Red son is one of my favourite stories of all time. I almost had to do a double take on the name on the cover of trouble. I couldn’t believe it either

    Ben Parker is Richard Parker's uncle and Peter's great-uncle. May is his great-aunt by marriage. That's why they are so old. It seemed obvious to me.

    • @Dante19883
      @Dante19883  3 года назад +1

      Absolutely! Yes it definitely makes more sense that way. I wonder what happened to Richard Parker’s parents. Where are grandma and grandpa Parker? Lol and how about Mary’s parents?

      @@Dante19883 I had a childless great aunt who outlived my grandparents. It was like having a third grandmother.

    Lmao… say it is not so! I remember the crazy rumors all of Spider-man comics weren’t real when that comic came out where Memphisto makes a deal with Peter Parker.

    A BETTER question to ask is what kind of Drugs was May taking to go from looking like she did in Trouble to how she looked in Amazing Fantasy 15 🤣

    At the very least, " Trouble" did have some fantastic art by Terry and Racheal Dodson! ❤ Who knew how much of a 🔥 Red Head our ' lil Aunt May' would be! Luckily its not canon, but we also got such classics as... Spider-Man Reign, and...ugh...Sins Past....now that I think of it, what with these writers taking characters innocents and adding Sex in the City aspects to it?!

    • @Dante19883
      @Dante19883  3 года назад +2

      Yup, I agree. I’m glad also I’m not the only one who saw the parallels between this interpretation of aunt may and MJ Watson. Also I have to say, I had a 🤭moment when May tried to tell Ben he got her preggo and Ben was like… I’m, Im sterile lmao

      @@Dante19883 Yeah...Ben didn't exactly give the best response in a sych like that... But I still praise the art! ❤ Btw will u be reviewing those ' other' Spidey stories I've mentioned? They're creepy and kooky....and Definately Spooky!

      @@Dante19883 I appreciate the great videos my friend. I must admit that May does look pretty good. And, it doesn’t freak me out (the idea that) she enjoyed her social life as a young lady, but I doubt she would have taken it *anywhere* near this far.

    From the same idiotic Bill Jemas/Joe Quesada team that brought you another utterly ridiculous book-- "Marville". Thanks a lot, Dante, I had suppressed bad memories of this book for years, and now I'll have nightmares all over again! 😆
    The real Marvel Comics has never recovered from its bankruptcy in 1996... While it is now propped up financially by Disney, Marvel is still creatively bankrupt, and has been for quite some time. I think the correct Anglo-French word for it is "garbage".

    • @Dante19883
      @Dante19883  3 года назад

      Ha ha lol yes I actually would agree. And Marville is probably the worst comic I have ever read in my life lol also I think you are accurate when you say creatively bankrupt. The last time I was totally in love with marvel was during the early 90s lol yes there was a lot of garbage back then too, but also a lot of magic 🪄
