My favorite thing about Spider-Man is that he was one of, if not first, super hero to have money problems! That made Peter Parker more relatable to me when I read Spidey comics through the years! Sure, organic web shooters are cool, but the ones Pete had to invent show just how smart he really is! That also made a geek into a hero! So it was cool to be a geek ahead of it's time! Excelsior!

Spiderman has been my favourite superhero my entire life. I always related to him and I never get tired of him. He has cool powers, but he isn't so powerful that he seems nearly invincible (like Superman) Also, the element of tragedy in his life, his seeming to fall in love with girls that are "out of his league" and the famous "With great power comes great responsibility" quote makes him one of the most interesting characters Stan Lee ever dreamed up. Only Batman compares...since his story is very similar in some veins...especially the element of tragedy inspiring him

I loved otto as spider man. He did some great things (ditched MJ, got peter through school, beat the crap out of 2099 spider man, got rid of a lot of z-list characters, mocked the bat signal, destroyed the raft, made an AWESOME outfit, got an awesome love interest, dethroned the king pin, put black cat in her place, etc.....) I wish people didn't hate the idea so much they didn't let last longer.

Props for plugging Spectacular Spider-Man! That show deserved way more attention; I honestly felt like the creators rivaled Batman TAS in how much care and love for a character they tried to cram into that show, within the unfortunately short time they were given.

Well, they were fun movies. But not flawless. The dialogues were so cringe-worthy sometimes. And don't get me started on Mary-jane.

no, he is a better spiderman, but his peter parker is terrible. before peter got bitten by the spider he never had the athletic ability or the charisma he did when andrew garfield played him. toby had a much better role as peter parker, because he actually looked and acted like a high school kid who is socially awkward and doesn't have the charisma to ask out a girl or stand up to a bully.
Tobey took the dorkyness and social awkwardness of Peter Parker to an extreme. Yes, Garfield might seem too cool and has that pretty boy look going on, but his character was more witty and charismatic. A "modern nerd" to call it a way.

Spidey is my favorite Superhero I like that he is Mid Tier yet can still give High Tier Heroes and Villains a run for there money at times. I mean the way he is able to dodge bullets at point blank range and at other ranges and with automatic fire in various directions and multiple directions is impressive. He can dodge Bullets even before and after they have been fired dodge, duck, evade, even catch on occasions. He is a master casual bullet timer even in his early days The Spider Sense and Reflexes go hand in hand with that he can even avoid lightning bolts at times from Shocker and others trying to get him. And his other feats in different fields make him even more amazing in his arsenal.

Before I became a huge Superman and Batman fan and DC fan,I first became a huge fan of both Marvel and Spider-Man and Spider-Man was my very first superhero I grew up with,my second was Batman and then the rest of both Marvel and DC and after that,I became a One Punch Man fan and a My Hero Academia fan when I got older.

I'm gonna get alot of hate of this comment but I absolutely loved the spider man 3 evil /emo Parker scene, i think it was so well done it goes over people heads. Wait wait before you get your pitchfork let me explain we all know Peter Park is supposed to be an awkward nerd guy, who gets bullied in high school alot but then he gets his power and then being spiderman starts to give him his self-confident back. Now Tobb did an amazing job showing us (the viewers) this, hands down still better at portraying the core Peter Parker then Garfield . Ok back to the point, what do you think would happen if the neediest guy at your school starting acting like a tough guy wouldn't that look ridiculous and awkward. We'll my friends that's actually what the emo scene it's our awkward Pete trying to be something his not for the first in it's awful glory. It was such an out of the box move , it through everyone off including myself off. I'm not gonna lie, when I saw the movie I was expecting something along the line of the (94) cartoon with Peter being a bad ass and just kicking the shit out of rhino but now seeing that scene for what it is, I'd say that is was much better, a masterpiece and to who ever wrote the script, Bravo my friend.
