Thank you for all the effort. I am not an actor, but your advice and tutorials helped me understand better my part of work. I have noticed some improvements, so, thank you and keep acting and doing amazing work.
This channel is so helpful! I’m so glad i found your channel. Do you think an online acting classes is enough to get an agency, along with reel. Etc. But is it impressive on the resume? Or is in person classes better. Thanks !
Yes and no. You can play emotions with an external approach (just mimic the thing good enough so that people can't tell the difference) that's another method of acting (not every actors work well with the same) ❤
Another way is to act an action, that's much easier and can help keep the play fresh everytime. Say you have anger as an emotion, but maybe what you are doing with your phrase is to accuse, to blame, to insult, to attack... Precise and always gives you a direction and you aren't lost searching for an emotion. (Sorry about my english)
It's not specifically louder. It's more obvious. Altho there would be a difference when someone tries to hide their emotions. Which I think is what you were going for.
👆🏼 Exactly! We’re talking about stretching the actors instrument. Anger simply happens to be an emotion which gets louder the angrier one gets. More subtle anger would be with the example of a level 1 on the 1-10 scale

This is wonderful advice. I never considered approaching emotional acting from a numerical perspective. Great video!
Acting is meant to be simple :) always happy to help!
As a psychopath this has really helped me alot
I do think it is something that should not be joked with or amused with, it is really serious topic. However, it is your opinion, and I respect that.
