The simple reason why Game Boy Tetris or Tetris & Dr Mario aren't included is because this collection is going multi-platform i.e. it's also going to PlayStation, Xbox, PC, etc. not just Switch. They would have to wrestle Nintendo to include the FULL original Game Boy version of Tetris, given the fact Nintendo published it. Also it would be literally impossible to include Tetris & Dr Mario simply because the collection is multi-platform. Nintendo wouldn't be happy with Mario appearing on other systems. Also... why do you want the Minuet version instead of 1.1? Do you not like Korobeiniki?

The nes Atari tegen port is excellent. I just hate the way it picks random pieces. Much better than the Nintendo version. I'm glad I grew up with it on a cheap supervision 63 in 1 cart to play it.

I’ve been waiting for the original 2 Tetris games for a while. I was happy to see the game boy version online. Now the NES version is back finally! Only thing I’ve been waiting for that hasn’t dropped again yet is Rad Racer

for those wondering about the weird game selection: the collection is mainly suppose to be the tetris games made by bulletproof software and atari (also not owned by nintendo, so no game boy tetris)
Interesting to see all of the 8-bit/16-bit BPS' entries are included in this collection _(including the notorious Famicom original),_ since nearly all of them are Japanese exclusive, heh. But hey, since it's got Super Tetris 3 and Tetris Battle Gaiden, I'm sold!

Game boy Tetris kind of lives on in Tetris 99. You can get the gameboy skin and play normal Tetris.
I knew that once we got the Gameboy version of Tetris, the NES version was sure to follow. Makes perfect sense!
