I recommend a freightliner for your wife. Parts are easier to find and just about anybody can work on it. I would suggest a small sleep on the back. It makes the truck more versatile just in case she may have an overnight run. Good luck
It’s always best to have a mechanic with the soft ware to pull audit trail & codes.. that will tell you exactly what’s going on with the unit

always been a fan of the shakers with the DD15 and manuals. cheap to operate from an owners view and your not waiting for parts for weeks on end like with some
DD15 always idle a little rough till they get up to running temp.
