I love the fact that you do projects that are out of the ordinary and not repetitive. I can always count on seeing something here I’ve not quite seen anywhere else. This looks really nice!
Thank you! I appreciate the feedback.
My name is Jovani and I started my own woodworking business because of you, I would of never known how far I could take my skills if it wasn't for all of your motivating videos !!!! Thanks man 💯💯💯💯💯 stay tuned
Hey Jovani, that's so awesome to hear! Keep going my friend!
You doing RUclips videos? whats your channel if you are
I like watching these types of videos, even though I don't have the equipment to make it, the easy instructions make me feel like I would be able to at a later date. Thanks 🤗
Glad you like them! Thanks
Exactly bro... Same as you said..

One of the few channels I have a alert setup for and click the moment it comes in….thanks for always being the best!!
I truly appreciate that!
Been a while, great to see your craftsmanship and designs. Always enjoy your channel, thank you. Blessings
Thank you!
Nice, simple build that not only looks great; it's very functional with the electrical outlet. You could utilize a light fixture with the built-in dusk to dawn feature and eliminate the light switch. This is a great planter for those who live in any type of rental property because it's portable!
I like the minimalistic design of your planter. This could also be a nice addition for a balcony.
Absolutely! This is fitting for many spaces.
When you know you love someone's content.
I got super happy when I seen that little dot next to your name, new video 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Haha, I appreciate the support!
@@DIYCreators ofc!
Fantastic design and I love the way you showed how to build.
I wouldn't worry too much about the miter joints, with expansion and contraction because of weather it is not going to be something noticeable.
You could also use a solar powered light if the planter is somewhere you don't have an electrical source and also great for people like me who don't trust themselves with electrics :D
Love that - "your imagination sets the limitations"
Glad your imagination has no limits!
Thanks for sharing 👍
I love your right angle clamp iig - brilliant.
Nothing more satisfying than dowels fitting perfectly
OLD LEATHER SMITH here. I like your idea. I have done about the same in my garden, the only difference is I used sun powered lights. Keep up the good work. GOD'S BLESSINGS ✝️⚾🙃
Damn! This is smart. Beginning to end. You could custom make a lamp that fits. If you put wheels on this and it isn’t hardwired it can be something you could move around. This could even work indoors.
Thanks, totally! This was just a starting point anything can be done!
You are so gifted with your hands it's like handling this project by not guesting what should be done making it so easy keep up the good works 👍🏾👍🏾
Nice build looks really good. Here in the UK it would be illegal. We are not allowed to mix socket outlets and lighting as they are rated differently. Lighting is rated 5amp and ring mains 15-30 amp. In your case if you had a fault on the lighting side it would not blow the circuit breaker. In your case we would use a 15amp ring main then install a spurred outlet with a 3amp fuse to run to the lighting. I think we are different because we are working with 240v which can be a killer if you get it wrong
Plugging the sponsor without obscuring your content is very much appreciated. Awesome project, I wouldn't have thought to use those clips to secure the composite decking; I always struggle trying to find ways to attach cladding without it looking terrible.
You are not only good with wood, looks like you are also good in the kitchen. Keep the good job bro, you really inspired me to start woodworking.
You’re on another level
Damn, I love the jig for attaching the corners! Sweet!!
Great video as usual, every time I watch your videos no matter the time I always want to get up & build something. Thanks for always putting out Great Content.
Man.. After watching this, I searched for Garden beds DIY, just to see what's out there of ideas... You still take first price with this one 🙂
The most intelligent thing to stack a commercial while not interrupting the built process from the video. 👍
Great job.
Fantastic idea. Thank You for making this....
You are welcome!
Really looks nice.
Thanks!
You're truly gifted in this.
Thanks!
Man, you do amazing projects! Watching you and sendin a my hello from Baku, Azerbaijan!
Thanks! I appreciate it!
This is a piece of art!! In addition to the functionality! Love it!!!
Ha, Thank you!
Small tip for your 1/4” gap. If you use a speed square the thickness is 1/4”, that can be your spacer
Yep! I am aware of that one!
D A M N...WHAT AN AMAZING PROJECT and how SKILLED YOU ARE !
Also...great way of presenting everything with voice over and fast forward when needed... BRAVO!
great video as usual.
Love this idea!!!! One little tid bit too make it a little better. Use the square edge for the top board and use a router bit to give you the connecting Grove on the bottom of that square board.
This looks really lovely.
Nice work
Some river rocks on top of the soil will really set it off, overall excellent build 👍🏾
Yes! That's what I had in mind, but I was not in love with the plants I used in the video so I plan to do it at some point.
You have great skills I can watch your before and after projects all day!
Always great work and it looks awesome I just can't do water and electricity its built into my mindset.
Thank you, I think there is always work around.
I read "Patio Lamp and Compost Planter" without my glasses... I thought Wow...
lol sorry I hope I didn't disappoint.

I like your tip with 2 nailheads.
Im using this all the time, and i have a ton of nailheads. ;-)
Try smaller casters on the bottom to roll it to where you might want it . I got mine from . I got some from Sauder Outlet in Archbold , Ohio .
Beautiful design. I love the creativity!
Original and educational, brilliant
Honestly it looks amazing even before you wrapped it!
Oh thank you!
@@DIYCreators not that it doesn't look beautiful with the wrap! Both are awesome!
Man. You are SO clever!
Thats real nice, i love that its so simple to put together. thanks for sharing.
Love the rectangular box with power to the pole! I'm looking for 3 light fixtures to start my own.

Thank you!
Great design!
Beautiful design!
Beautiful work 👏🏻
Duuude the camera work/editing/4K is just incredible, great work 👍
This is hot. I made a 5'X8' composite deck for holding trash cans, mail and packages to modern up a Philly style rowhome staircase - that sad empty side part people never seem to know what to do with so they just concrete over it. I bolted a lamp post to the deck but Ima do this instead, thanks for the inspiration!
Thanks for the video. This came out really nice.
You are good. Learn a lot from your videos. Awesome
Such a great idea. Thanks
Awesome little planters.. never thought of using the deck wood you used. Great job
Nice!
Bigup Glen. Great job!!!
Too cool for school. Genius plan thanks for a great video
Thanks for watching! I appreciate it!
Great build.
With trex you should always leave an 1/8” gap even in your miters. That’s what trex says!
Really nice build, maybe a bigger box and two posts ... nice, easy and fast.
Thank you, I agree!
Creative, easy to follow project. Thanks!
You are welcome!
You're the best and talented man 🙏🙏
I appreciate that!
Beautiful. Finished project and the walkthrough :)
Another informative and entertaining video > Thanks Glen!!
I think I will go with solar light, as I'm not comfortable doing electrical stuff. Awesome project. Really love it.
Sure thing, that's the next best option solar.
Awesome design for a light post. 👌👍🇵🇷
Thank you! Cheers!
Always a unique beautiful build!
Thank you! Cheers!
