It is so difficult to recreate a sound like that, cause it was in Roger's mind. I think he could not recreate this exactly sound twice, but you did! Very nice
Basically, in the 16th note loop in "On The Run", it is basically a matter of increasing or decreasing HPF or LPF capacity, adding or decreasing cutoff or adding or decreasing bypassing in the basic 8-tone sequence. The basic sound for the 16th notes was probably either a pulse wave or a square wave.......
In one section of the sequence, I heard something like a delay cut-off, heard in such a way that every 16th note had its sustain or delay completely cut off, so it seems like you hear every 16th note (the effect is a really staccato feel in those notes) - as if you are singing that 16th note sequence yourself with somebody putting some alum in your mouth to make your mouth really shrink.....
Good question... I don´t remember exactly. May be to get a thinner sound and give more space for other sounds. Anyway, it was an impro, and if I play this track today, Im sure it would sound different..
This song must have been so weird and different when people first heard it, what's normal today was crazy and strange back then, pretty cool
No it wasn't
I think it’s more original, crazy, and strange than anything put out today
Es muy original 🫵🏻🗿
Out of all the Pink Floyd songs I would have expected to hear a cover of this was certainly not one of them.
Best cover of On the Run that I've ever heard! I attempted to perform it live once and it ended in DISASTER! Amazing job dude :)
hahahahah, shit happens!
listen to one with an ems vcs 3 its what they used
Ehy that? :o

Where's the voice sample coming from?
The camera about to crash with your giant watch at the end to simulate the explosion on the end of on the run
Dark energy 1 is good...
Sounds great and you nailed the sound effects, but...aren't the notes wrong? haha
they are
vay be!
Who ... ? I say WHO is the one with the only f-in dislike ?
this sounds amazing...although the notes are definitely wrong as someone else pointed out
+Sony Crocket yeah agreed, but it sounded pretty spot on. I'm jealous of the hardware you have lol
Wrong notes? Not sure. I think I just played it an octave or two down. Anyway, its such a pain to program a melody on those sequencers.
Ola todud
Not the sound of the EMS synthi..
pierre duneau good thing this is a cover of the track
0:28???WTF?WHY? :/
Darude Sandstorm sounds great here
