Hi, no the bag does not get in the way. I mean you do notice it, it’s there, you can’t dismiss it, but the convenience far outweighs its presence. Only time it’s a bit of a hassle it when gasing up you have to take it off set it on the seat so an extra step involved. It’s like a glove compartment for the bike 😜
The five liter bag that I have doesn’t, if you went with a taller bag it might but I suspect it should be manageable hard to say also depends how tall you are and your angle of view

Not at all. Only if you have a phone on the handle bar. Then it might depends on your height
