If you just use the kickstand you can get the pan off, and the oil catch under the entire engine, plus the plug leans in the direction of the tilt when on the kickstand so you drain every lil drop.
Just want to put little injection here, it is not described at some websites but bf11 is also for some new triumph models

I think all of them do, I had to remove my phone mount (not using it anyway if I have the bag with the phone pocket), and I had to move back a bit the front brake fluid reservoir.

I have the tall touring screen on my RS, but had to add the MRA vario spoiler (touring version) to make it work (where it came up to my chin or just above it. Buffeting was still present without it. (I am 6’0”). Cost adds up that’s for sure. If you do this on yours keep the BMW rubber grommets in and go from there with the Aeroflow stuff.

Just changed the battery on my multistrada 2015 and it will not start. Double checked things and still will not start. Do you have any experience with this? Thanks.
Hmm run it on a tender to see what the tender shows as battery charge level May be dead battery check fuses
@@ducatifever I forgot to take a pic before I started. But both poles should always have two wires right? On my minus pole I can only find the wire for the grounding.
@@MemoryLaneCinema well two wires likely means that the extra pair is either for battery tender lead or some auxiliary accessories like lights. Trace the battery tender wires see what you find.
@@ducatifever YEah just a nightmare. Had another ducati-fan to take a look at it and nothing. Incredible all the trouble after a battery change :( My problem is that the closest dealership is far away if I have to diagnose it.
Thanks very much for the video. I have a few questtions: how much do the panniers stick out beyond the engine blocks? It looks like at least another six inches each side of the bike but it's hard to tell. Second, will a helmet fit in them? Finally, where in Spain did you order them? Thanks again.
Helmet fits these are 35l so full size. I wore a large schuberth c3 pro. Motostorm website check ‘em out. As for sideways width well not too far out when compared to boxer headers may be 3-4 inches further out. I recommend getting the liners makes carrying stuff to and from easy.

So, is it designed to be bird proof? And since you said your seat is higher, as mine will be, can you say how tall you are? I'd like to know touring capability at 6'3. It would be nice to know how the screen is at 140mph.
Hi I am 5,11. About the bird strike thing, well….. not sure it really depends on the size of bird and where exactly it hits the shield😀 the bolts are further low so the higher the strike the lower the protection. Non oem solutions can only help to a certain extend. Bugs and wind was my use case. Best to call the manufacturer of the shield they might be able to provide test data.

@@ducatifever I frequent Dallas to visit family. What kind of miles did you rack up on the RS ?
@@bryanlarrimer138 I had it less then a year and only put about 3k miles or so local rides to Austin San Antonio and Arkansas
How have you liked it?
It works great but it’s useless I ended up disconnecting it it has a parasitic draw on battery nearly killed one of my lithium batteries
@@ducatifever Shame, was hoping to buy and install this on my Multistrada, hopefully they can design their system to have its own separate battery and only charge itself when the bike is running in the future...

Interesting question 😊 so below 75mph it is solid above that it begins to vibrate thus causing turbulence the reason is the length of this windscreen when compared to the location of the anchor points there is just too much distance now one thing to note is that I bought the largest size that they offer so this analysis only applies to that perhaps the medium or short one might be more resilient at over 75mph speeds.

Does it affect the view of the satnav?
The five liter bag that I have doesn’t, if you went with a taller bag it might but I suspect it should be manageable hard to say also depends how tall you are and your angle of view
Not at all. Only if you have a phone on the handle bar. Then it might depends on your height
