I appreciate the simplicity of the recipes that you present. I also appreciate your comments about the "snakes" not needing to be perfect, that there is beauty with imperfection. That certainly will help perfectionists like me to "let it go" and "let it be" when making these "twice baked" yummies.

i made these two days ago with candied orange peel and hazelnuts. i’ve been sharing them with my flatmates and we’ve gone from 24 pretty large biscotti to 9 in less than two days. they are so so good! the lemon zest especially tastes fantastic. and the texture is perfect

Wow, delicious. The flexibility is fun. Lemons are not commonly available here (Costa Rica), but oranges are and the orange juice instead of plant milk added more flavour and balance to the diced prunes and chocolate chips. With the sweetening of the dried fruit, i could cut the total added sugar to 1/4 cup of unrefined cane sugar. Wow and thanks for the vegan, easy and tasty recipe.
Dosi perfette (ho provato con latte d'avena)!! Secchi ma friabili e fragranti...eccellenti. Il microonde è perfetto per loro ma occorre girarli più volte, alzando e abbassando il piatto crisp; inoltre fare riferimento al colore piuttosto che ai tempi di cottura. Squisiti. Antonella

Can't wait to try these. I like dipping them in coffee or plant milk. Never thought of dipping in wine, but I don't like sweet wine, not sure how good it would be with dry red. Thanks for sharing your little mistakes and of course the wonderful recipes. Haven't had a biscotti in almost 20 years, never could find a vegan version. This is awesome.
