do not drink or eat 30 minutes before and after brushing your teeth. also the bacteria in the morning is good for u and u should drink water as soon as you wake up. just bc it’s called bacteria doesn’t mean it’s bad
hmm i know that there is good bacteria as well as bad but i haven’t ever heard that the bacteria in your mouth in the morning is “good for you.” it’s not like it’s probiotics, and it typically just results from bacteria multiplying in your mouth overnight. do u have a source?

After a really awful weekend two weekends ago, I've really been trying to be more positive and I feel like it's really helped me because everything was always negative to the point where I was literally scared to try to have a good day because I was terrified it would just be ruined. Things are much better now (still nowhere near where I would like them to be, but better.) I love your videos!
