Leaner? Really? 😍😍😍 Because I'm working out with dumbells and my thighs and booty are getting bigger And bigger and I am frustrated so much! Because I wanna be lean,not bulky
@@sona6772using dumbbells (or any weights) will cause hypertrophy (muscle GROWTH= your muscles actually getting bigger); doing just plain Pilates/ calisthenics, which are moves like these that don’t use any weights, your muscles won’t gain any mass (maybe a tiny bit), but they’ll simply become more efficient.. I’m sure you’ve researched this by now (I always go right into googling something when I have a question like the one you asked above, so I’m assuming you must know this by now, but just in case you don’t! I recommended googling hypertrophy versus lean muscle, or “I want to tone muscles without getting bigger” - plenty of articles and forums should come up; a lot of fitness subreddits should have threads that can help you out as well! Hope your fitness journey is going well :)

Before the workout, I was thinking “oh, it’s only 15 mins workout scheduled for today not including strategy, I am gonna do twice of this videos to make it longer” .... however... when I was doing the workout, I was screaming “ I am not gonna repeat it today!!! Holy!!!”... I was too innocent in the beginning 😢
Here’s the thing. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.
I love this workout! I've been doing this one for the last month everytime that I go to the gym. It is just PERFECT! Please do more workouts for core training with band 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Wow this is a surprisingly challenging one but I’ve been wanting to get out my comfort zone! Perfect if you’re low on time or don’t want to do tons of exercise but want a SOLID workout!
Hi Nicole, At first I skipped over this workout as I didn't have a resistance band. I then decided to check it out anyway and did the workout without the band and it was still a nice workout. I do want to consider buying a resistance band so that I can make this type of workout even more effective. Can you recommend the best type and size of band to get and the brand that you like to use? Thanks again for continuing to post such variety in your workouts as I really love the diversity of what you offer! I had recommended your channel to a male friend and he loves doing your workouts too and commented on how professional your videos are.
