My favourite track by EXID is DDD. I just love how they made sure to add a lady in the mv, without showing her face and all ofc, just to remind fans that they were still 5 even when Solji was sick and on leave. Also, would like to point out that Solji did sing in DDD and some Lyric videos tend to misunderstand and not credit her for her parts. It's short, but it's hers and it's there.
I loved that in DDD Hyelin got the chance of singing the high note, she did it beautifuly. Still love how Solji sings it but I really needed to see what Hyelin is capable of, and she didn't dissaponted me 💖
Although not super relevant to the video, I'd love to point out that LE actually helped Hyuna develop her rapping style (that she based on LE's) and this in turn helped mold a whole new generation of idol rappers such as Yeeun, Soyeon and more. Talk about a legend!!

Newer KPop fan here - found out about the EXID story/ Hani fancam only after news of their final Me & You comeback broke. Little tidbits that I love are that Solji was actually a vocal coach for the original lineup before being asked (supposedly by Hani?) to join the group & that during the tough times (pre-UP&Down chart reversal), Hyerin secretly worked at an ice cream store to help buy better food for the group.
I don't think a member can just casually ask another person to join the group. It's probably their CEO's decision although they were doubting Solji was going to make it at first. Do you have any proof that Hani asked Solji? I'm genuinely curious

EXID is one of my favorite groups, I love that they are so grateful for their time as EXID, at every win and every time they talk about their rise to fame they are very humble and thankful so I really hope they get the chance to have more korean comebacks

On this note, I'd like to add that their company - Banana Culture - has literally disappeared after EXID disbandment. They had plans for a new girlgroup and actual trainees for that but shut down before. The trainees went to TR Entertainment/Universal Music and debuted under TRI.BE. So LE and the trainees know each other very well.

Hypothyroidism is no joke. I got that at the end of my twenties and for most of my thirties I walked thru life with every symptom while so tired I could lay in bed and sleep all day. Which just breeds depression. It’s hard to find the right medicine and dose to control it and you have to be a fanatic at taking meds every day at the same time or you can find yourself back to square one.

Tbh... This is one of the most successful idol group stories out here. They all healthy and wealthy, doing their own thing (Hyelin is concentrating on her education for example) and they still see and love each other. If all of our Idols could end up like them we should be counting our blessings
honestly this shows that promotions such as variety shows don't always help. a group can get popular over a video simply as a fancam or cover song. i think fans should realize this whenever they depend on variety shows in korea and make demands.

To me, Soyeon sounds almost exactly like LE. I'm positive it's deliberate, Soyeon is copying one of the greats, and I'm sure she knows it.

Hypothyroidism is no joke. I got that at the end of my twenties and for most of my thirties I walked thru life with every symptom while so tired I could lay in bed and sleep all day. Which just breeds depression. It’s hard to find the right medicine and dose to control it and you have to be a fanatic at taking meds every day at the same time or you can find yourself back to square one.

Tbh... This is one of the most successful idol group stories out here. They all healthy and wealthy, doing their own thing (Hyelin is concentrating on her education for example) and they still see and love each other. If all of our Idols could end up like them we should be counting our blessings
honestly this shows that promotions such as variety shows don't always help. a group can get popular over a video simply as a fancam or cover song. i think fans should realize this whenever they depend on variety shows in korea and make demands.
