- Lately, I've been on a kick of revisiting songs that got me through hard times, especially in middle/high school. It has been making my inner child very happy, so apologies in advance if I scatter a couple of these in over the next few weeks. The nostalgia is great but it always reminds me of how, back then, I would have been absolutely mortified to share the type of music I was into. But look how far I've cooome!!
It's can be so cathartic to share the music that shaped us. What music got you through tough times?

Since 2020 i was waiting for some one to play this song with tabs to learn that (im beginner)
Very tasty and cut through tone Evan! If possible, I would be extremely grateful if you could share any tips how you record bass so it cuts through mix that great! I have Ibanez BTB 1935 and Darkglass Microtubes Ultra and exploring it for quite a long time to get a good tone.
Probably the thing that helps me the most is playing with clean/new strings and giving the bass a really big low mid cut.
