So great to see someone still use their Cuttlebug! I have had mine 20+ years and it works like a dream. The only issue was getting new plates, but Amazon sells no-name plates that fit perfectly. OH! And you and your cards are SO FUN!
Me, too! Mine is well over 20 years old and still works beautifully. I got the Magic Mat to keep from having to replace the acrylic plates. Why in the world did they quit making this wonderful machine??

They all look great. I think the trees is my favourite. I’ve embossed with a 3d folder on black cardstock then inked over with gold ink. Wow!
I think my cuttlebug will leave my craft space over my dead body! I love it still and use it every day!
These cards are great, fast and fun! And you even got messy... which to me is craft time well spent! 😊
ooh and i think the blue heart card was my fave and the sun one!
I think the Cuttlebug embossing machines must be built to last forever. I've seen so many crafters say they still use the 1st machine Cuttlebug ever released. I don't think Laurel's is that old, but they all still work like brand new.

Now I"M hungry coz you said sandwich! 😆 I've just ordered the Spellbinders Platinum 6 too, my very first of this creating tool. I also spent all of yesterday playing with chalk paint and sprays on my gel plate and have a whole lot of background paper ready for its arrival. Some are a hot mess, so this tute is right on time - I thought I'd have to scrap the dodgy parts but you've demonstrated that slightly imperfect morphs into beauty with embossing! Thank you Laurel

I think you're so funny. I love your lingo. Lol Good to see you're re-purposing some of that endless packaging! When I look at a product I see something that has taken energy, water, dyes (colour) and trees (cardboard) to produce. You may pay $$ for it, but it's Nature that really ends up paying the price for our creative fun. Also why waste money ? When I see cardboard and plastic I see heaps of things I can re-purpose it for. And I hope most crafters do the same! Please give back to Nature in every way you can. Thank you. ❤❤❤

I love the technique! Thanks for demonstrating that one doesn't have to be perfect to make cards, there really isn't a right or wrong way ( you know what I mean). I have spent thousands of dollars on crafts and crafting machines and have done hardly anything with it. I got the analysis paralysis really bad. You have delivered my craft soul! LOL, I mean for real. As soon as I get to my crafts, I'm going to just have fun with what I have. Thank you again. I just love your personality.
