list of ingredients
The Batter
2 cups/250grams all purpose wheat flour
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
600ml of water
The Filling
6 potatoes
1 onion
4 green chillies
4 stems Springonion
10 mint leaves
1 small bunch corriander
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the spring rolls, I would prefer a shredded cabbage-carrots-spring onions-schezwan sauce filling.
You need to discard this pan. The coating has come off in places. It's dangerous for health if parts of the coating come off & mix with the food.
