I absolutely love that you went to Green Man and that you went to "Dirty Jacks" where the locals hang out. The Green Mansion is nice, but definitely the touristy spot. That is the brewery that made me leave Raleigh, NC and move to the NC mountains (Hendersonville) to begin my homebrew journey with my beautiful wife. Love your videos!!

Solid list! There are a few small cities that are an easy drive from KNOX that you need to hit if you haven't for beer AND food! Nearest...Greenville, SC. Tons of brew pubs, walk (or ride a bike) everywhere, great night life and better than average food. 2) My town! Charleston, SC. You will not eat better anywhere....not anywhere. We have a brewery district by the old naval shipyard. Bring your nice clothes. 3) Most fun by far and definitely the most laid back...Savannah, GA. The entire historic district is a walking party. Breweries and restaurants send you out with drinks to go. Not as many breweries as the other two towns but its gorgeous, warm all year, and perfect for brown baggin your brews.

They were still in that COVID lockdown mentality and AZ was out of that after April 6, 2020. May have affected my opinion. We really like Anthony’s for the fresh seafood, you’re lucky to have that.

Portland Maine is what you get if you built your perfect city in a lab. You gotta make a point of coming out. Some of the most exciting smaller breweries are in the city proper like Lone Pine and Oxbow (tasting room) and then you got all time classics like Allagash and Maine beer company just outside. Very walkable and tons of great food too. It’s not just beer either, they got funky craft seltzers, hard kombucha and stuff like that. Apres is cool as shit

I've been missing your videos as of late. I'm blaming it on YT's algorithm. Fully agree with #1, and as for no state tax, you see what live in Florida as we have no state tax, a nice breeze without owning beachfront property (90% of Florida is extremely flat), and the beach is open year-round. When there aren't girls in skimpy bikinis on the beach due to the weather dropping below 70F we get to make fun of the northerners on the beach with their blinding pale skin. Plus if you ever hear of someone doing something really stupid in the U.S. there's about a 90% chance it happened in Florida...we call that local entertainment.
