Nor have I ever known any editor to intentionally call a convicted murderer an "accused" murderer. Ignorant word games from someone who knows nothing about the media? You wouldn't be the first.
But yes, you are correct on the point in question -- once a murder defendant is convicted, regardless of how that conviction comes about, every news agency I've ever been a part of or knows anything about will then call him "murderer", "convicted killer," "convicted murderer," etc. Occasionally, though, we make a mistake -- usually because we're so used to calling a defendant an "accused" whatever that we forget to change it once they are convicted. I know you might think otherwise, but we are human, after all.

In the US they have greedy businessmen running the gun and the prison industries. They are ruthless with underage criminals, and still have many more homicides than in the Netherlands. Their system is corrupt and down-right evil.
