vilamor007 yep and because he’s 18 and his parole hearing is 25 years from then and he doesn’t have a high school degree or a college degree if he would succeed in his parole hearing on being granted parole And he managed to get through prison without getting killed or cripple they’re going crazy there’s nothing for him to do with his life when he gets out Because if he succeeds in granted parole He would be 43 he gets out Everyone else out there is raising kids and going fishing and buying houses and cars and taking vacations and all that jazz He’ll never be able to have any of that when he would be 43 years old and Doesn’t know anything but prison life
vilamor007 in certain other places in the world as well punishment could be a lot worse Unfortunately at certain times the system has gone to a difficult turn But in these types of situations no doubt I can say when you do the crime you do the time
vilamor007 also that’s why beforehand we do try to educate people on the consequences if they break the law And that ending up in prison is not a laughing matter Some teenagers like to think themselves pretty tough right now and could beat them the next thing you know you discover their people tougher than you And this young man is going to pretty much have to deal with those types of people for the rest of his life But If people educated him probably about these things to realize this is not a joke maybe this would’ve never happened and he would’ve ended up going to prison for the rest of his life
I used to wonder about two or three consecutive life sentences , but than I learned the reason for this is that if it was only one and it was overturned there was it a possibility of walking ,however with one or more hanging in there was zero chance of the second life sentence over turned. Good backup.

For those who say throwing his life away is a shame I would say this; It's a shame he was ever born. The families and loved ones of all of those victims would have been spared the carnage this punk and his friends levelled on the world. The victims never get to re-visit their deaths after 25 years. Screw him.
Way to completely divert the blame. Babies are blank slates. Its honestly disgusting that you would say he wasnt deserving of life. What he did deserve was a proper childhood, which i can almost guarantee he didnt have just based on what he has done. Whether it was his parents fault, his environment, or society in general, children dont just become killers unless there is some genuine mental disorder at birth.
@@perperperpen Talk about "diverting the blame". I laid the blame entirely on the monster who committed the crimes. People have free will and he made the choice to do it. What makes a kid so angry. I wish prison sentences and investigations looked at the parents too. Some people may be evil from a young age, but a lot of it is brought on by trauma or lack of parenting at home. Sad because no one wins when society has to lock a person up for life even when it is deserved.

A life sentence with possibility of parole for murdering 2 people doesn't seem quite like a fair sentence. The family of the victims should have him tried in another state where the death penalty is legal. He gets to live while the 2 he killed became rotting corpses
But he could be out in 25 years because they occurred when he was 15. The U.S justice system is still better than Canada's as he could have been out in as little as 3 years for the same crimes.
Spend the rest of his life in prison you first reported. Then in 25 years he could be out on parole? What, 22 Active Shootings crimes, WTF, he should have got life with out parole. Who was the judge on this case, his uncle?
2 life sentences, but he could be out in 25 years. I bet the people who's life he took won't be living in 25 years! It's time that a life sentence meant life. The American 'justice' system is definitely biased towards the criminal.
this kid was fifteen im sure he didn't want to be out killing people something was wrong in his life. Theres no getting those other lives back but he still has hope why throw his life away too?
I can't imagine making such choices before you've ever experienced life. The teenage years suck but he really did forfeit his entire life ahead of him. Good for society they locked him up. He's gonna feel high school was a cakewalk compared to serving two life sentences.
I am at an age where I can look back on what I consider a pretty intetesting life. I think of my life experiences...the men I've loved and those who loved me. The ones that broke my heart or maybe I broke theirs. The countries whose streets I've walked down...the mountains.. the oceans....languages...food I've eaten.including one Thanksgiving dinner in Germany at a Chinese restaurant. And oh the music.. Even the bad times...like.losing my parents and my brothers and so many friends I've lost count. I've seen sunrises and sunsets so beautiful they brought tears to my eyes. I've spent all night "gab fests" wirh my girlfriends and laughed so hard my jaw ached. All this from the age of eighteen up until now. If someone had told me at that age that I was going to spend my entire life locked in a cage ..sharing space with others who have committed equally dispicable acts I would find a way to end my life. Ypu're already a walking corpse anyway. I just couldn't do it.
A lovely sentiment and I agree completely with all of that. Eighteen is too young for two life sentences but seventeen and twenty-two is too young to be dead too. Enjoy the rest of your time...........
When I hear stories like that, I always wonder how that kid got hold of a gun? Somewhere along the line an adult(s) was/were thoughtless to allow this to happen. Kids aren't born with guns in their hands.

Ley him out so he can keep killing and robbing is that you're solution. He gets parole in 25 years wheres the parole for the victims and their families?????
Man, just a teenager and now his life is gone. I mean, he deserves this but, can you imagine? He'll never get married, never get a job or have a career or have hobbies or go play football with his buddies after work on Friday or maybe get a beer with them. He'll never have children, never get to see them grow and have children of their own. His life is over before it began. He should be held up as an example to teenagers everywhere of what WILL happen to you if you go down this path in life. Don't think I defend him or sympathize with him in any way. I do feel bad for his parents and for the family and loved-ones of his victims, though. I just can't imagine throwing my life away that young. His is over before it really began.
I think life sentense is not good. Its better at his 60s if he is alive to get free so he sees what he lost all these years and gonna be more painfull.
Wow. The majority of these comments are based on hate and raw emotion. He was 15. Would people feel differently if he was 12-13 when the crimes were committed?
How could you even say that? No. No normal thinking person would think differently. If you do the crime then you better serve the time. Even teenagers know wrong from right. No sane person, of any age in general, would ever even *fathom* killing people for no good reason other than legitimate self defense or to escape abuse. But if you’re just straight up murdering people over $300 then you’re pretty much a monster and deserve nothing less than to slowly suffer in prison. Doesn’t matter if you’re 12 or 15. You deserve what’s coming if you intentionally commit serious crimes of that magnitude. You never showed them mercy, so why should we? Huh? Get a grip on reality. No one is above the law. If you did these heinous things then you deserve the worst, the wrath of the devil, no matter your age. Nothing excuses their violent, merciless actions.

So many lives ruined by gun crime. 😐
I do not think he should parole. He should spend the rest of his life in jail.
He is isn't he?
Daniel Johnston no did you not watch the full video, hes getting 25 years in jail and once the 25 years are done he can go on parole
And it’s why you are not judge
When you need to be a mathematician to figure out the sentencing
He made a "deal" which meant he got two life sentences instead of three. Boy! I bet he was relieved!! Phew!!
😂
He could be out in 25 years though.
Because the gov are making money of him from tax payers. While we fund him they profit him
HAHAHAHAHAAAAA--you made me choke on my ice cream!!
Well, the alternative, had he stood trial and been convicted, was probably a real life sentence. In this set up, he has a chance for parole in 25 years.
If he was stupid enough to do what he did to those people, then he belongs in a cage for the rest of his life SO that he can't do anything super stupid to anyone else ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
"But, but I was just getting started in my life of crime, this is not fair!" 🤣🤣🤣
When I was 18 I had a car job and a girl friend 😂 can you imagine everything this idiot is going to miss when he is my age at 41 makes me think how good my life is..
Yeah but you've never been the victim of multiple rape by a wing full of frustrated cons
I moved out as soon I was 18, got a job, car and girlfriend. Was even a stephdad 25 for a while until breaking up with ex (sadly never got my own kids). This guy threw his life away. Would ike to know why it happened that lead to it. The system can learn from that.

vilamor007 yep and because he’s 18 and his parole hearing is 25 years from then and he doesn’t have a high school degree or a college degree if he would succeed in his parole hearing on being granted parole
And he managed to get through prison without getting killed or cripple they’re going crazy there’s nothing for him to do with his life when he gets out
Because if he succeeds in granted parole
He would be 43 he gets out
Everyone else out there is raising kids and going fishing and buying houses and cars and taking vacations and all that jazz
He’ll never be able to have any of that when he would be 43 years old and Doesn’t know anything but prison life
@@benjaminbingaman1848 very true and correct, but at least in America when u do the crime u do the time, 👍👍👍
vilamor007 in certain other places in the world as well punishment could be a lot worse
Unfortunately at certain times the system has gone to a difficult turn
But in these types of situations no doubt
I can say when you do the crime you do the time
vilamor007 also that’s why beforehand we do try to educate people on the consequences if they break the law
And that ending up in prison is not a laughing matter
Some teenagers like to think themselves pretty tough right now and could beat them the next thing you know you discover their people tougher than you
And this young man is going to pretty much have to deal with those types of people for the rest of his life
But If people educated him probably about these things to realize this is not a joke maybe this would’ve never happened and he would’ve ended up going to prison for the rest of his life
@R Diaz 👍
This kid could’ve had a bright future ahead if he never committed the crimes and now it’s all gone.
True.
I used to wonder about two or three consecutive life sentences , but than I learned the reason for this is that if it was only one and it was overturned there was it a possibility of walking ,however with one or more hanging in there was zero chance of the second life sentence over turned. Good backup.
I used to wonder the same thing and I get it now. What you said makes absolute sense.
Yeah they all run separately if you have four life sentences and you manage to fight one you still have three left
He can walk free, amazing. What about the victims, can they walk free after 25 years if this monster gets paroled. Keep him locked up for life.
Hahahahaha yes they can

For those who say throwing his life away is a shame I would say this; It's a shame he was ever born. The families and loved ones of all of those victims would have been spared the carnage this punk and his friends levelled on the world. The victims never get to re-visit their deaths after 25 years. Like the song sang, "Pretty Fly For a White Guy."

When I hear stories like that, I always wonder how that kid got hold of a gun? Somewhere along the line an adult(s) was/were thoughtless to allow this to happen. Kids aren't born with guns in their hands.
It was the evil intentions inside of him that killed those people. The gun was merely the instrument that he used to commit the crimes.
