    She took out a $2 million life insurance policy against Triano before he was murdered.. The hitman's van was found abandoned containing the divorce papers..
    When he went to court the prosecutors showed records of Phillips agreeing to give the hitman $400,000 to kill her husband... Pretty much summing it up for ya'll

      Right?! I would have been inclined to believe her if she said something along the lines of, "I miss him and love him and this is a nightmare for my children having their father dead and now me on trial accused of being the reason he is dead... I would never do this, I'm innocent" but she literally just cleared her throat and sang "me me me meeeee" and then sat down. It was so bizarre and cringy to watch lol. It's funny how some sociopaths have zero ability to act out emotions. Some can and are pretty decent at it but some, like her, are just hilariously bad lol

    • @TampaJohn
      @TampaJohn 3 года назад

      @@LuvBugBlaqkHart Well psychopaths can feign emotion, but sociopaths have no ability to do so. So no matter what she tried, it would have come across as being an obvious phony. They will talk two sentences about the other person and then they can’t help it, the sociopathy will kick in, without them even realizing it. There’s nothing they can do about it. Psychopaths are much more difficult to read. (Ted Bundy, for example)

    • @LuvBugBlaqkHart
      @LuvBugBlaqkHart 3 года назад +1

      @@TampaJohn Ted Bundy was super easy to read imho. If you saw the interviews it was very obvious something was off. His duping delight especially was a dead giveaway. And from my understanding both psychopaths and sociopaths can mimic emotion but don't truly understand it so it comes off as shallow and hollow. I've never heard that sociopaths can't pretend and psychopaths can. Psychopaths actually have a tougher time feigning emotions because they don't know what emotions feel like at all. They've never experienced them. Sociopaths have more emotional range than psychopaths but it's much more muted than non-ASPD individuals. Sociopaths are made and psychopaths are born that way. She seems much more like a sociopath just by viewing that one clip because she does express emotion but it's self-pitying. Ted Bundy was definitely more of a psychopath... he didn't express the same amount of fear. He was much more cold and calculated.

    • @TampaJohn
      @TampaJohn 3 года назад

      @@LuvBugBlaqkHart If you go by the interviews, of course. He led a very productive, normal, life. With a hidden, gruesome side. The reason he was able to hide it so well is because he was able to hide that dark side. Sociopaths have a difficult time with that, because they crave the attention. Once he was caught, he could allow his true self to be known. So going by the police interviews doesn’t do much good. If you were sitting next to him on the couch when a news story was played about one of his murders, he would feign outrage at “the person who did it” and be very believable about it. A sociopath have a difficult time shifting the attention away from them. Psychopaths are masters at it.

      Not everyone, but it's not unheard of. Hell, I got a 1 million policy on my partners at work and they do on me. If one of them gets killed, I don't expect to be considered a suspect, business partners routinely do that to get some money to purchase the shares of th deceased so that they don't fall in the estate. Here we have a socialite with a high-roller way of life. Wanting to make sure she could continue this after his death is not farfetched. Of course, once put together with the rest, it becomes damning circumstancial evidence.

    If she was so innocent then why did she flee to Austria after being indicted. Did the hitman Ronald young receive the 400,000 dollars payment for the hit , that must have been proved or was it ? But what puzzles me is why did Young do very little to get rid of evidence linking him and her to the murder, why did he abandon his rental van leaving behind a sawn off shotgun that wasn't used in the murder, coupled with paperwork showing information about the victims divorce and a map marking out the area of the murder, that is mind boggling, surely he must have known sooner or later the van would be found with the evidence inside. So just to say, I believe that no one should be permitted to take out a life insurance for you without your permission and your signature with a independent witness signature, how many murders have been committed because of life insurance taken out for a person that had no knowledge of its existence. Phillips received 4 million dollars for his policy even though she was divorced from him when she took out the policy, that should never be allowed to happen.

      I have seen juries convict innocent people. The State brings in evidence that has nothing to do with a case and judges allow it. This taints a jury and innocent people who are charged with a crime go to jail. Some of the tactics used to get convictions are sickening. I watched an innocent man sit in jail for over 6 months because a State prosecutor wanted a win until he was threatened with misconduct charge. Then he finally dropped case but innocent man spent 6 months in jail.
