Alcantara is a huge no go for me. Won't make that mistake again. Even with gloves it looks like crap fast! I'll pay the extra for a GSI GTMax 32 or waiting on the screen less version of the GTMax32 which is on its way I am told.

If someone made a good round wheel it would sell. These d shape wheels are silly.

Yeah I'm sorry Simucube but keep up the good work on the Wheebases and leave the Steering wheel world for those who can really do it right. That's just too ugly, too heavy, too expensive for what it is. There are WAY better option in the market specially in that price point.

    • @andreaiachini7517

I could agree, but it is definitely not ugly to me.

Why is it too heavy? I guess ur wheelbase is to weak😅

@@volkarach0293Considering this is a Simucube wireless wheel, his base is the Simucube Sport as a worst case scenario which you can't call a weak base. I own a Tahko which is heavy AF. Ergonomics suck on both the Tahko and this wheel. The thumb encoders are in the worst possible location. Simucube should either change its wheel design team or stick to what it does best.

Too wide, too expensive, too wear-sensitive and you can't switch wheels. Traditionally shaped wheels I attach to my Turn or Ascher buttonplate like the Momo Team 30, which is also very heavy. Probably ideal for drifting and feels perfect for BeamNG or vintage cars, so the weight is kind of in a neutral category, but lighter wheels feel more responsive even with a SC2 Pro. My Turn R305 became my jack of all trades, because it doesn't block the view to my display and for me it's enough rotation if I can grab the wheel at the bottom.

I don't understand this product... mid-range product at a top tier price. They need to drop the price by 50% to even be reasonable, and 65% if they want to be competitive.

I hate the wireless trend, I just want a shielded coiled cable for every wheel.

What’s with the prancing with some of these companies? It’s like they are selling pure gold.

Hello Dan, I want to buy high-end pedals. The price should not be over 650 euros. Which would you recommend to me? Simagic p1000, VRS or Asetek.

LMAO, no button lighting for this price point? NO WAY, and it's pretty ugly. Stop making wheels Simucube!!!!!!

Simucube are coming across like fanatec. Most wheels of this shape normal have the ability to use different rims with the button plate but not this one. Very out of touch move for Simucube surprisingly.
I'd go for the Simedal MG wheel if i wanted this

Quality costs money... u will never ever hear the simucube baseplate flex or crack while plastic will ofc do that

Simucube is getting ridiculously out of touch. Microswitches on the shifters?
Love what they did with pedals. True innovation.
There's nothing new with this wheel. Doesn't even have what a $300 Simagic wheel has.

For those wondering, this is made just for simucube to use at demo events etc to complete the ecosystem.
Not trying to shit on sim racers but they know this is a luxury item that only the top customers buy. I own a tahko for no other reason than coffee table flex and i love the brand and what they do with bases and pedals.
Hope that helps, this item is just simucube flexing luxury item. I personally love it. Will buy one for sure.

    • @Simlife101
      @Simlife101 7 месяцев назад

@helmetculture "luxury item" what are you talking about like its a rolex. I own mutiple cube control wheels all "luxury items" but are wheel thought out great price and look amazing where as both Simucube wheels looks horrible amd most think this.
      Do you work for them😅

    • @helmetculture

@@Simlife101 mate. Are you daft? Cube controls SPECIALIZES IN WHEELS. obviously that's not a luxury item because their wheels ARE the best.
The Simucube wheel rims are literally NOT the best but priced like the best. HENCE. it's a luxury item. Because anyone objectively would say that this is not better value than cube, Ascher etc.
