Wow, you covered a lot in a short video. I'm helping my sister to fight for justice for discriminate, victimisation, less favourable, wrongful/unfair dismissal. It has affected her so much that today she spent all day being hospitalised with chest pain, 3 ECGs, a blood test, third episode in one week, fortunately she didn't suffer a heart attack! 😢! I'm going to represent her, reading books on employment law, watching your videos and 2.5 videos have given me encouragement and educated me! Thanks x
Wow that's awful! Good she's getting medical help. Well done you for representing her. 👏 watch my playlist on the basics, I tried to cover everything. Watch the personal injury one too. If she's needing medical intervention as a result of the treatment she received that will be vital!! Good luck
@@beentheredonethat9647 I would be interested to know if you’re able to go in with a list of questions that you are wanting to ask the respondents. Thanks
@@Iheartme321 not as such, you cross examine the witnesses but you don't do a Q and A. You can ask them to provide evidence of things in the bundle stages which is sort of a way to find stuff out
@@beentheredonethat9647 I should’ve been clearer. I meant can I write down points I wish to cross examine on, and bring those notes in to the Tribunal. I think I read that you’re not able to bring notes in but then, how do you remember everything you want to ask? 😳😂
@@Iheartme321 ah!!! Of course you can bring notes!! I would positively encourage it. Use colour coded highlighters and postits, scribble notes everywhere, bring a notebook. Absolutely yes you can
Hi Naomi, your story and tips are so important to so many people, I am really glad you have done all of that. May I ask you about witnesses, as to get colleagues from work is really hard as they all still working at the place, so how to handle that, what best to do in this cases ? Xxx
I have ongoing discrimination due to whistleblowing. My employer are refusing to disclose my evidence of my whistleblowing complaint. Is there anything I can do? I need support to complete et1 form
My experience in the employment Tribunal I've seen that there is a lot of corruption with case fixing. We need reform in the employment tribunal court's. I self represented myself and it was very hard couldn't do it without Gods help. We need to find away for transparency and root out those who are blocking people from attaining justice

Hey thanks for the info. I have had a preliminary hearing and now need to disclose documents within the next 14 days. The judge said in “list and copy” format? I have no idea on how to do this and can’t seem to source any information on line. Are you able to guide please? Thank you
Really finding your videos helpful, in the process of submitting an ET1 form. Ive read about a scotts schedule & particulars of claim. Is this part of the ET1 submission or something that would be part of an agreed bundle? Thanks in advance :)
Very helpful. Looking forward to your video on witness statements 😁
Thank you 😊

Fantastic video. Looking forward to the next video. Can you please share more about cross examination and your experience in ET hearing
Of course. It's there something specific you need me to cover?

I mention this in my witnesses video, check that out, it's very difficult to get a witness to go up against their own current employer
Wow you are very good!!!!
Well thank you!

You can challenge them on this during case management as it will be needed in the bundle. The judge can order them to disclose it then
Thanks for the information..i need all the help i can.
Glad to hear that this is helpful. Good luck x

Maybe no lawyers allowed!

The ET1 is pretty self explanatory, but if you want to include these things you can
