Let's say schools do not do this. The lawyers have told me I get 3/12 months and if I say no then I will get nothing.
My union have strongly advised me to take the settlement because otherwise I'll only get around the same.
I couldn't stay at the job it was too toxic and I spiralled into depression

One other thing, I was unlawfully terminated from my paid job by a multibillion dollar company and I am suing them for that. Lately they want to settle out of court. Is it possible they back pay me my lost wages and rehire me to a higher position in the business?
