First of all thanks for posting this, I and 6 of my close colleagues are going through this process now, the information here is incredibly helpful. The problem with redundancy is the emotional fallout that comes with losing your job and trying to be pragmatic around understanding rights and following the consultation process. This is a great help for those who feel a bit lost.

I was interviewed relating to complaint by colleague. Shortly after was told no further action 1 year later new manager interviewed me again as case hadn't been closed correctly. Following this interview received letter saying no further action . 3 months later I discovered I had been sanctioned 2 year pay freeze . Challenging this decision was told the the new manager letter was wrong and decision stood. I did not receive any notification of grievance , when asked whati was accused of , told could not be disclosed did not have a meeting to defend myself

Let's say schools do not do this. The lawyers have told me I get 3/12 months and if I say no then I will get nothing. My union have strongly advised me to take the settlement because otherwise I'll only get around the same. I couldn't stay at the job it was too toxic and I spiralled into depression

I was under investigation for 12 months eventual leading to no case to answer and a further investigation which lead to a final written warning which lasted a further 14 months start to finish for making protected disclosures. Still going through an employment tribunal.
With sexual harassment, the ACAS rules doesnt state bullying as a reason for a harassment case. But the only reason I`m being bullied is because of my attractiveness. Is it right to still go for sexual harassment?
