- Due to the length of this audit, it will be presented as a 2 part video with part one being uploaded on 8/25 & part two being uploaded on 8/26.
I paid a visit to this government contracted location to see if my right to record in public would be respected. I was after a short while met at the sidewalk by an individual who appeared to be the owner, who was curious about why I was there. I informed him that I was conducting an investigation (to see if my 1A rights would be respected). He asked what the investigation was for & was under the assumption I was working for a government entity . I declined to tell him my reason for being there, as I typically don't give the reason while I'm conducting my audit so it doesn't blow my cover & get a natural reaction. After about 15 mins outside with me, he was claiming that I was disrupting his business going on, however I made it clear to him that he was welcome to create any privacy necessary (closing gates or doors) so I couldn't see inside his establishment. He then got on the phone to apparently call for law enforcement. After he got off the phone he eventually went back inside as I waited for law enforcement to arrive...Stay tuned for part two, tomorrow (8/26)

What cracks me up was him continually stating he would know about an investigation. And you could see him trying to recall how he slipped up. Be careful he's completely invading your personal space.
The dispatcher was well trained in what to say. He was told that there was nothing the police could do and he should just leave you alone and go back to work.

I worked for an insurance company and one of my jobs was as field adjuster. I had to take photos and diagram accident scenes. People would come up to me and demand what I was doing. After many times I would tell them none of your business, I'm in public and go away

Exactly. I once worked in a warehouse and I started telling workers why they lost whole flats of products. Keep a log at eye level. I once told the boss what to do. I didn’t know he was the boss. He took over daddy’s biz. When I decided to quit, he told me he would get me rides to work. His biz was going to go under.
Bear in mind that his business owner actually walks into voting booths and pulls levers or pushes buttons. Ever wonder why we’re in such trouble in this country? There’s your answer….😮

If he is indeed in violation of safety laws, by all means report him to osha or what not.

in America anyone can have a business, and in general, bosses, managers, and owners are not skilled people, most have no experience in management, hiring, treating people, or anything, just some guy wanting to do a business. Almost every place you go to shop is ran by NOT SMART people. We do need better people to start small businesses.

This is a very good social experiment on the topic of human response to an unknown stimulus. This owner reacts with an emotional thinking process that requires he must fight or flee. He chooses to get more aggressive with each further question. His subconscious motive for doing that is pure fear. This is the default reasoning for the majority of humans. Higher intelligence individuals first react with human logic and analyze the situation before jumping in fear mode.

I seen countless audits, many from your channel in particular and I stand by what you do however this one struck a cord with me because this guy reminds me of my father who runs a shop like this and this guy is a good person doing good hard work and he just isnt educated about what youre doing. I know the point of why you dont tell them but in some cases I think its warranted to reveal the purpose. This is one of those rare cases. You could just educate him in a polite manner. He just clearly wasnt informed and this man is doing good decent honest work and we shoudnt agitate people like him in this day and age when most people are not honest hard workers.

3:33 the way he does that when he says "First Amendment Rights" tells you something about our education system and his generation, no stereotyping intended. Of course in his day cell phone recordings didn't exist and 1st Amendment auditing wasn't a thing but he was taught that the government was his friend and they're always ready to help even though we know that government can't always be trusted. They can do shady things behind our backs.

I watched many of your videos over the past week and noticed you've never had issues with police as far as being trespassed. On a few other audit channels they run into issues inside of post offices, city halls, etc... Tyrant cops are quick to unlawfully trespass them. Do you think you run into fewer issues because you're physically standing outside in public instead of being inside a public building?
