I have used roof pieces backwards to cover angled bracing for balconies and just to clean up under the foundations. Have not seen you pick up on that. Great builds...keep inspiring!

This is incredible. The oak fence is my favourite area to build my first big or main base. I once tried building a round base to fit the shape of the log. Think that's possible? Any attempts I made were too small inside the base of the log.

Man I'm doing this in survival and my alignment is so messed up from the beginning, but it wasn't too bad to work around just had to change how some parts look. I wish you did some counting for alignment.
@@Craig-cd3dx But its fully completed, the sections that connect the parts together are a little different because of that first placement being to different to the video. But still looks sick.
Creative mode is just for practice so you wouldn’t waste materials, and time on figuring how to proceed with the project in survival. It’s more doable when you already have a vision of what you want to build. I always use creative mode for these reasons.
Thanks, Dan. Sadly, you can’t build on the nail anymore. It obstructs the building piece. But other than that, it’s still viable. I advice build a palisade gate entrance in case of base attacks. 😊
Why don't you just randomly and awkwardly stack things on top of the pole while constantly falling down and being killed by spiders? That's how I always do it, and I highly recommend it.
Yup, it could take a while. When building a large base it's ideal to wear full red ant armor plus worker's comp smoothie. It will allow you to haul ten weed stems, along with a full weed stem pallet. Total of 31 weed stems, and 34 for grass planks. Gather resources by day, then build at night. I'd recommend building a resource outpost (e.g. in grasslands on top of the baseball) with an elevator tower for easy resource transport thru zipline, OR a mushroom garden for mushroom bricks. But I believe the devs will do something about it. Hopefully, they’ll lessen the building limitations. I cant do it the nail is not letting me build it and I really don’t know wagtail to do because I love the base idea but I can’t do it the nail stop me me from building the base

I just tried doing that but it says "Location Obstructed" or "Location Occupied" on every angle bracing.

The bounce web is now customizable. You can point it to wherever you want, making elevator a lot easier to build. 😊

Sadly the nail stops you from building like that in survival. I gave up now. Looks like I cant build that lower path which looks so good.

Yes, it’s doable in survival. But it’ll be a lot easier if you replace stem walls with mushroom bricks. Good luck! 😊

Nothing to do with alignment the nail stops you from building there full stop nit even tested so it doesn't work!!

really cool construction project looks awesome but only feasible in creative mode because otherwise you would have to farm far too many raw materials
Creative mode is just for practice so you wouldn’t waste materials, and time on figuring how to proceed with the project in survival. It’s more doable when you already have a vision of what you want to build. I always use creative mode for these reasons.
