This was actually my second pick up from this mashup, i had mixed feelings but you gave me some ideas with your posing.
When Neca first released these they launched some digital Dioramas for these figs in particular. I don't know if the link is still up, but man after watching this I'm feeling inspired!

One extra pose I should have done was put the swords in upside down and attached the fire to them while in his shell. 😩

In the Hunchback of Notre Dame story, Quasimodo pours molten lead out of Notre Dame's rain gutters which kinda sets everything on fire. That'd be my guess as to what the fire swords reference. Also the idea of hell and hellfire is quite prominent. To my knowledge there is no moment where Quasimodo dual wields fire blades ahaha, but it's certainly fun here

This one was my first monster figure if the 4 so far. While I rank him last that’s not to say in any way he’s bad. He’s amazing. The best though with the accessories he comes with. That’s how great this line is. Mummy Mikey and April are 10/10 perfection. We need Neca to go deep into this. Splinter and Donnie are coming. Shredder, Casey Jones should join. These are my figures of the year so far. The price is justified for the amount of work put in.
Yes!! Haha. You’re so right and I really hope we get a Shredder at least, but a Casey would be sweet. What are your thoughts on Raph though? He is my least favorite
@@NostalgiaUnboxed Raph is the most pleasing to look at with so much going on. He’s very busy. Also being my favorite monster in Frankenstein. I will say though, is he’s pretty bare bones accessory wise of the 4 and very boxy and clunky. I guess being Frankenstein comes with that form factor. Articulation is pretty mehh but if I can just lock him in a good enough pose (pretty much your typical Frankenstein pose) every now and then and leave him like that for the long haul I’ll be good and just admire him aesthetically wise. He could have benefited the most with accessories like chain handcuffs for his wrists, another head swap.
@@Kdawg1287 I completely agree. I really don’t understand why they left out accessories for him. He needed them more than anyone. Are the legs ok on yours? They got really loose really quickly for me
@@NostalgiaUnboxed not that I can tell. So far at least. I have him on a stand and called it a day after some posing for an afternoon and sticking with one I liked for my shelf.
@@Kdawg1287 I do agree the classic monster pose (arms out) pretty much works for all of these, except maybe Leo. I hope your knees stay tight haha!
When do you think InvisiDonny is going to be released....? Soon, hopefully. I like how Leo's shell opens up to store things.
