My SDCC turtles and Keno showed up yesterday. Everything is great. These are probably the first NECA turtles I’ve gotten that didn’t need boiling or oiling to get them moving. The accessories are great and the articulation is a fair bit better than I expected given all of the extra sculpted bits on them. Great job, NECA! And, FWIW, I really like the TMNT III movie. I didn’t even see it until I was an adult. I assumed it sucked all these years due to the poor fan reception, but I found it enjoyable. Anyone who hasn’t seen it ought to give it a chance.

I recall when TMNT III movie cameout it wasn't a favorite amougst many fans at the time and was the last of the TMNT movies for several years! 🐢🍕🎬🎥

I opted to not go to the theater and purchased some old Garbage Pail Kids instead with the movie money.
Figures and accessories look real good.👀 I really enjoyed all 3 90s films and know that Kevin Eastman prefers 3 over 2 . I was pleasantly surprised to meet a bunch of fans of 3 throughout my years as a TMNT fan actually. I mainly only collect figures from movies and shows that meant the most to me because of shelf space but the more folks purchase everything the more we get 🤔.👍 I do want Paige Turco April from 2 and 3( her hair looks like the 87 version the most in 3 and I dug it). Casey from 3 would be cool too. The only iterations I could never get behind were the Saban and Concert turtles, no shade to fans of those though.
I’m jealous when people can like the third movie. We definitely need a Paige version of April though!

They look great, I just don't understand the choice to give two of them a vibrant expression and have the other two sport this neutral plain 'meh' expression.

I still can't believe Neca would make figures based on part three. It wouldn't be accurate, but I would've used other turtle movie figures instead. And dressed them up as ancient samurai turtles. The turtles appearance wasn't the only problem with the movie, however it was the biggest problem. Another problem was bringing Elias Koteas back as Casey Jones turning him into a babysitter.
The fact they made it accurate is why I love them so much. Haha!
Try holding those heads in boiling water for about a min. A min and half and it'll loosen the plastic up..take some pliers, pull-out those ball pegs with ease. You could use a hair Dryer. However with those plastics..water seems safer. Might just gotta soak them longer if the pegs don't budge..should work though.

Actually, if you want a really cheap AND realistic-looking horse; just find a few of those old-fashioned, dollar-store-flocked-horses! I have a couple, and they not only scale PERFECTLY with my LOTR figures, but I also customized their saddles, bridles, and armor myself out of found materials! If you can't do it yourself, I'm sure a friend could help. ; )
Having a saddle is definitely a bonus for those! Nice!

I ordered these and the Alf. The day I ordered them I got an email from Neca saying Alf was ordered. Never received an email saying I ordered these. When I look at my account, it shows I ordered both and was charged for both tmnt 3 movie samurai turtles and cosmic Alf. The Alf arrived today but I haven’t received an email ever, saying these turtles are on the way or were ordered. Anyone know if I should start worrying yet lol.

Hey Turtlefans, greetings form Berlin. Great video! Love your humor. I have the other 2 VHS boxes and cant wait for the 3rd one to arrive. I think these are the best 4packs of the turtles by far. Maybe the mezco turtles can compete. We will see.

I wasn't ready for the horse segment. Absolutely brilliant.

the homemade time scepter was for the samuri when they were with splinter and casey in that scene the other 2 the broken 1 is when the turtles went too the past and the newer looking nice one is when they came back from their with the NEW one

Just waiting on these to arrive, I think they look so good. I watched the 3rd movie the most as a kid because It was the only one I could get my hands on in Ireland around when it came out. The movie turtles were and still are my favourite version of tmnt. But when I couldn't get the first two movies anywhere on video (Yes, i'm old) until years later, I rented this one a bunch of times as my only option. So I have mad nostalgia for this 3rd movie and for that reason I like 3 better than 2. The first one being the GOAT Turtles movie obviously.

My movie collection is just fine without these figures as a reminder of the worst TMNT movie ever. Easy pass for me. The only figure I need now is Keno.
And personally, I don't think the 3rd one was really THAT bad. Yeah, it looks cheap, but I still like the premise. And it has a few good performances and funny moments. It's certainly the worst of the trilogy, but still entertaining. =)

I only have the the first movie turtles. Passed on the SOTO turtles when I saw them, and I passed on these. Happy for those that wanted them, though. I’ll take the Universal Monster crossover “movie” turtles instead.

Amazon is just some jerk trying to pull off a price it’s not worth. These are not items that ever get put on Amazon by NECA because they are exclusive to Walmart.
