You forgot to say- the unit is limited to the buyer UNLESS he goes to a Dynojet tuner- who can adjust the PC6 beyond those limits. Due to the EPA- Dynojet just doesn't want a careless buyer to adjust too far and blow smoke as an example.
I got one on my 2022 Shadow and I love it! Vance and Hines Short Shots sound great and is really screams. Cruise 85+mph for hours/days with no concern. 30k miles running like this
Newbie here. What is the best option to use for my 2017 honda cbr650r? I got full exhaust and a tune. Should I make it auto, or if not how do i tune it myself?
I have a question, I have plans to install aftermarket headers and K&N air filter, my bike is 2023 Z900RS, I check in their website and only two tunes available for stock exhaust not aftermarket, how I get the best tuner for this setup with auto tuner and PC6, probably I need an expert and Dyno. The motorcycle is new and not sure if I will go for ECU Flash. I was hopping the PC6 at least comes with aftermarket exhaust tuner. What is the best option if I don’t want to mess with my bike warranty. Thanks for your time reading this.
flash that mofo. send it in somewhere and include what you have done for upgrades or aftermarket parts on your bike, like different filter than oem, fulle xhaust, slip on etc.
This PC6 is a bit silly limiting it's adjustment, making the PC5 a better product. Although an ecu tune is better and more cost effective than either model, power commander is no longer a good primary tuning option, it can be useful for fine tune things after an ecu tune, but unless your bike is more than 20 years old, for most people in most cases power commander is essentially an obsolete product.
Friend, I bought a Power Commander V for my R3 2021, but it doesn't come with an oxygen optimizer. I've seen videos where they put it, but mine doesn't come with it. Is the optimizer necessary or can I leave the original cable with the oxygen sensor in the pipe? exhaust?
Crazy that this offers only +/- 15% fuel trim. My powertronic allows +/- 25% fuelling across the map and if you want more range you can apply multipliers to the whole map. Hard to believe anyone who's at the stage where they're buying and installing a piggyback ecu is really concerned with meeting emissions standards.
Its only +/- 15% for your normal user. A Dynojet approved tuner can go beyond that. My tuner told me it was because people were using their products and self tuning and causing harm to their machines, then leaving negative reviews because of their own mistakes. Doing it this way allows people to play without going to far, and if they need further they will have to go to a tuner. This was told to me by my tuner, so i'm assuming its correct as he tunes several of these weekly.
Is adding an upgraded cams or big bore kit considered "extreem"? I am looking for a tuner that will allow me to start with the Harley stage one and perhaps move towards the stage 4 if time and money allow. Thanks!!
Bro you’s is the most recent comment iv seen when looking at the vids,iv just brought a 2015 quad it’s got twin Evo exhaust stock air filter i believe runs fine but i was looking at these, don’t no nothing about them tho,do they already have some kinda tune built in? like plug it in & it’ll run that much better possibly slightly quicker? Or not? Appreciate any tips you can give

Crazy not knowing all the facts 😂
Seen all those huge diesel tuner fines? Dynojet is trying to avoid government problemS

What is the point of trying to make a slow garbage 1950s technology into a powerful, heavy, unreliable, slow garbage bike?
So the power commander v is better.
Would not raise the 5,500rpm limit on my Shadow
Complete waste of money
Send your ECM out to get reflashed
