We have found the best cooking class in Rajasthan!
Spice Paradise in Jodhpur is absolutely amazing, we learnt how to make Masala Chai, and we learnt what "Masala" actually means. We learnt how to make vegetable biryani, how to make a paneer curry, how to make saffron makhani lassi and how to make chapatis, raita and naan breads. We spent a good few hours in there with Rika, she is an amazing Indian woman with ALOT of knowledge about India, food and she is also very wise, with a great outlook on life. This cooking class only cost us 1500 rupees per person and it was worth every penny. she also sells spice mixes, masalas and cheap saffron - so go for some traditional Indian mixes even if you don't want to do a cooking class with her!

👍what a gem of a teacher.. this naan bread is little different then you get in restaurant that is cooked in tandoor/ clay oven .. but it was healthier version of naan home cooked naan
