Also need one clarification- did you first soak the raisins in wine and then again soaked them in rum? If yes, how long did you soak it ?
No. I only soaked them in wine and add the rum. 🙏❤

I'm not sure which mixer you're referring... kitchen Aid and my hand mixer is Bodum.🙏

You didn't used sour cream,why?
Sometimes I prefer to mostly use lemon juice when I'm making anything with rum. I believe they make the perfect marriage. Just my preference. Add sour cream if that's your preference, I'm sure it will still taste delicious! 🙏
