Grant, I really enjoy the videos, im getting a buhurt tech gambeson as well, but it's going to take over 2 months to get it, and my mentor and I are going to start making armor soon. What's the average thickness of padding on that gambeson and chausses?? I'll pray for a reply from you, keep up the good work!

I just got the same one last week! Where are we supposed to sew on the arming points? Do they go through the leather straps, or around them?

I've fought in it. It's thick, but super mobile and the armpits and behind knees vent pretty well.
