Its that for them steal our gold and perpetrate fraud on us by issuing paper money, they had to give us remedy which is what this is. You still have to learn and apply it and sometimes these places will fight you and they will continue to steal from you unless you take the initiative to go on offense using these laws.

@@jeremydirks8325 the back door of 31 U.S.Code 5118d.2 is a necessary funding mechanism and only functions as such while H.R.1491March 9th , and H.J.R.192 June 5th 1933 are the law of the land.
Sure they make the steps too large for the average man to grasp, but the way is not impassable or it would not perform the theft it was designed to acheive.

@@jeremydirks8325 no, the parties that fall under “the terms not include” are not considered debt collectors. But if you read closely it’s saying that anyone other than yourself, the original creditor or someone NOT with the sole purpose of debt collection is not considered a debt collector. So collection companies are third party companies who’s main purpose is to collect a debt. So they are not excluded from the debt collector term. Which is why they have to state it when they contact you…

Regarding the defined "Debt Collector": **"The term does NOT include-- (A) any officer [official employee/assignee not necessarily a cop] or employee of a creditor". By the waye, it excludes cops frome the term.
This means if they are calling to collect a debt on someone else's behalf that they are not considered "a debt collector". Because they don't own the debt. Which is why the creditor is considered the debt collector; because he attempts to collect a debt owed .
Ebveryone should memorize this case law. Trinsy v. Pagliaro Summary: In Trinsey, the court stated that "[s]tatements of counsel in their briefs or argument while enlightening to the Court are not sufficient for purposes of granting a motion to dismiss or summary judgment."

However, i recently filled out a application which asked if i am a citizen. My natural response was yes. How do i invalidate this response and does it disqualify me from not recieving services if i say i am not a citizen?

Police are not debt collectors, please do not ask for a debt validation for a traffic ticket or parking ticket under the FDCPA, it does not apply.
No, but the shysters that they work for ARE debt collectors...only they have no license to collect debts.
Just tender the payment legal tender is a payment in coins or bank notes that a courts MUST RECOGNIZE. By the way a penny is legal tender.

According to 9 USC 202 - a corporation is a citizen of the United States if it is incorporated or has its principal place of business in the United States.

I'm a trucker, started off with Western Express. The company made me sign a contract work for one year and if I breach it, I owe them $2,500. I worked for 6 months, then resigned due to their unlawful payroll tactics, they then put a hit on my credit report and sent a third party collector after me. My question is do I have any recourse?
I’d dispute the claim on the credit report. You need to have your paperwork in order too. Check out UCC 3-302, UCC 9-210. Those alone, will stop the creditor. Read those UCC’s.

I’m curious to see exactly how this all would go if you tried to get a car or purchase something on credit or financed using these methods. I’m not trying to be negative or anything like that but I can almost guarantee that if you hit a car dealer or business with these tactics, the won’t even entertain this. They will literally refuse service to you which they do have the right to do. It’s amazing knowledge this man is giving out I just personally don’t see it working.
