Two years ago I switched to the Dump Truck business and this is my 2cents about my experience and what I have learnt so far. Dump trucks can provide substantial financial benefits through increased efficiency, lower operating costs, versatility… as a heavy equipment operator I can tell you that i generate steady income at a certain period by offering hauling services to construction companies and landscaping firms especially if you make sure you always meet the deadline which potentially would lead to a repeat in business and recommendations. Right now I’m in the process of opening a daycare business for my wife after successfully getting approval for a $500k loan with collateral because of my good credit. And my greater move was switching to Dump Truck, starting a dump truck would require investment of time, conducting thorough research and be committed to quality service. Goodluck ❤
It's inspiring to hear about your success in the dump truck business! As you transition into starting a daycare for your wife, it sounds like an exciting new chapter! I’m considering a similar path and am curious about how you navigated the loan process. Any tips on securing funding or advice on what to look out for would be greatly appreciated! Best of luck with both businesses!
Yes you’re right, I sought the help of a loan attorney whom I helped in crafting a good business plan and help in communicating and negotiating with the loan agency.
Wow just like I guessed, I recently had encounter with a grant writer but she wasn’t of much help and ever since I have been finding it hard to hire a professional, you getting approved is a huge proof that you worked with a professional. Can you recommend any contact to your attorney Aaron
I’ve got 4 6 axles here in Columbus Ohio. We’re making 23k a WEEK! I just started 7 months ago bought my first 2018 western star 200k miles 170k financed 3.7k a month 1.1k a month insurance and truck makes 5-6k a week Getting ready to purchase a 2020 183k in 11 days… should bring up around 25-28k a week… I’ll never look back and I’m also 28 years old
I appreciate you brothers… I wouldn’t have started unless I saw CountryCEO on this channel and I bought his books and started shortly after… it’s almost like a dream…. We’ve made close to 50k gross in 2 weeks with only 2 breaks down on my old trucks… 14 days straight with private work I pay my guys 30% and they make close to 1.5-2k a week. I also drive
This was the best interview I ever saw on Truck N Hustle. This brother is for real with his answers and experience. He’s speaking facts. Much respect for the real and not the fake.
As a twenty-year trucking veteran, and 2.5 million miles, I'll say it right here-trucking is a cut-throat business. You're chances of being lied to if you start a trucking company is nearly 100%. Shippers and trucking companies will tell you a million lies to get you through the door, but then once you start hauling for them, the reality is uncovered. Expect to make 70% as much as they told you you'd make. Also, expect to work 10 more hours per week than they promised. Too much government control and regulations. To make good money, you will need 3-4 trucks running. If you can't afford this, the only other answer is to buy your own truck and go out on the road. Consider trucking to be like a college education. There are no books that will tell you how to do it, and other owner operators are hesitant to help you since you will be their competition. If you're looking into starting your own trucking company this 2024 then I will recommend you look into getting a business grant. I was approved and awarded $400k as startup capital. Today as a company owner, independent owner operator running under my own authority, 11 years running under my own authority. I do a 15 -16 day run. $25,000 in line haul is my goal. Every month is a 10+ day vacation. I run a reefer and only spend $16,000 to $21,000 a year in maintenance. After taxes, fuel and licensing | profit $190,000 in the bank. There is no short cut to success. Get your own authority and work open broker boards for trips. You will never see the big money off this industry as a COMPANY SLAVE.

The main thing you need to know, this business is not for Slackers. If you are not a self stater, keep your job. If you like, expect to be home with your family at a certain time, this ain't for you. Once you invest your money you have to keep the wheels turning to make the money. Even when the Post Office don't run, You have to. Rain, snow, sleet or hail. No rest for the weary. That is where drivers make the mistake as long as you are driving that truck that is your truck you are responsible for it because when DOT pulls that truck over he asks for your drivers license he doesn't ask for the owner license a DOT officer told my dad as long as you are driving that truck you are responsible for it if something is wrong with that truck you are to tell the owner and if he doesn't get it fixed you can refuse to drive it and if the owner fire you for refusing an unsafe truck you can call DOT and tell them your boss fired you because you refuse to drive an unsafe truck and DOT said they will come out to your job shutdown that truck and he will make your boss pay you while you are off and your move that truck until it is fixed that's why when I drove a truck for someone I drive it like it's my own because it's my life in that truck I am thinking about my safety as well as others
@TruckingFabb genuine question brotha, i know you say new trucks is the way to go, but like you said, when your truck payment is 4500 (your sons truck), after driver pay, insurance. If the truck is making 5k a week, how are you gonna put a driver in there and make money? Thats about 1100 to 1300 a week in profit assuming no down time or tire blowouts.
Bruh, talk about game! Damn, that was some of the realist, potent and most significant shit I ever heard in an interview! I may relocate and seek out this factor of a brotha, thats on every thing! I will be looking you up FAB! Thank you TrucknHustle!
Alot of game given.. but one thing I can say.. my old 1985 mack dump has made me 180 thousand last year.. old a good older truck will get you through.!
Old trucks make the same amount of money new trucks make. So i feel you. And if it’s working for you keep it going. A friend of mines have a 1987 LT1000 Ford and his truck is parked now because they don’t make the parts any more. So be careful with trucks 30 plus years old.

All BS DOT are lazy they won’t do nothing
That's 💯 brother that's why God blessed you with the bag . He know your ♥
I think he was blessed bc he was always a good man !! He was real to his wife andnhe was real to theman that put him on!!!!

Great interview! Thank you!
Dope slaute from Charlotte n.c. just watched this morning as a former trucking owner an with dump truck history keep going brother 🙏🏿💯💪🏿
Yup we will make you grow up here in NC. I'm not into Dump Trucks but it is refreshing to hear adult conversations online. So rare.
Dope interview I just bought my first dump an this gives me even more motivation to go to the top with it

As a dump truck owner operator. I really enjoy this pod. Chitown represent
How long you been in the business?
Great interview!!! Super proud of you!! #BigBro ❤️❤️
Him paying is CDL drivers 18 a hour is crazy!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this....made me cry...God is so awesome
Great work Rahmel! I’m learning from every video brother thank you!
Thanks fam
My Brother telling that Real 💯💯💯
❤❤ proud of you guys. Good people coming out of the Bronx. I will be there with as one of the few Latinos been successful in the industry.
Fab I love your story bro...your my idel....I'm 41 and 3rd yr in this business and I love trucking like you...I'm from va and a realngo getter with this old truck..I'm so in this ..this yr I went across states line to NC.. so you really touched me I want to work for you so bad.. anyway me and my cousin went to Nc..bc I found this guy named Eddie that runs quality Turf....it took alot to find him...I dug and dug... we work for him for guess who? FRED Smith!... hit me up please so I can tell you my journey..I think we would click like shit.....our past is the same as well as the growing up mentally thing.... please I would be honored to talk to you.... we was in burlington and pinehurst nc.... but now work came back to va...so we just came back a month ago... I really hungry! My guy FAB! Ryan!
he sound like Mitch, love the game
Man's made it good. He got them daily allergies now😂
😂😂
Mad respect
Another awesome episode. Thanks for you work my brother. I have a semi; I wonder could I still use this model with an end dump trailer.
Dude told no lies. I cringed when he was talking about being burned. Some of these contractors dont wanna pay their invoices on time, or they just flat out disappear without a trace. Its important to have a good business reputation so we know youre trustworthy. Bad memories man.
This a dope ass interview…love his story 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Good interview bro kept it 💯
Cincinnati Ohio from Brooklyn and I love watching interviews like this can’t wait to purchase my dump truck being a food service driver tearing my body up lol
Considering getting a CDL getting into food service for a short time. Do you think it's worth it?
I mean it’s good money but it’s very physical work
I'm from Henderson NC,,,homie doing his thing out chea,,,$alute 💯💯💯
I loved this interview he dropped sooo many gems!Such an inspiration thanks for sharing 🖤👑
Glad you enjoyed it!
I've been trying to get in a dump truck business I have a 53-ft tractor trailer owner operator with one truck
This was phenomenal! Your story was inspiring. As a fellow New Yorker, salute to you! My only question is,Do you mentor?🙏🏾
Atlanta is paying up to 30 nowadays because a lot is going on right now, and there is a lot of construction we have.
Where at , how can I get in contact?
