And needing a real estate license is def not needed at all. Real estate though is one of the slowest vehicle for building wealth. It takes time and patience. We should be making money form a business, which is the fastest way to make money and then taking that money and buying real estate with it. This is why a lot of these guys start a mentoring because it turns into a whole business itself. Because it takes time to find good buy and hold properties, especially when you start looking for large apartment buildings with at least 100 units, is where people need to at minimum get to, to be able to amass any real wealth.
