Yes there is absolutely a connection. I used to have mild PF pain that would come and go, and now that my lower back is fixed (thanks to your Levels 1 & 2) I haven't felt the PF pain in a very long time!

This is so true. Plantar Fasciitis comes from problems with the S1 lumbar. When the S1 has a bulge or herniation, it make your muscles spasm, and when everything is tight, the pain in the foot/feet starts.

I had PF and recently bought new shoes to travel, it immediately stopped hurting, I now my posture was improved just by walking with the right shoes. It was incredible.

Finally someone posting about the kinetic chain being the problem. I had an accident and banged up my very bottom vertebrae a while ago and low back tension has been making its way down. Laying flat on my back… I can only lift my legs up about 30 degrees and tensions been wrapping into my feet the last few months and getting bad. But hard to know where to start sometimes. Do you have a video of that whole workout? 🙏🏼

What if it’s a lack of tension on one side of the back causing lack of flexion and extension on the same side leg, resulting in Achilles Tendinopathy and PF? What can I do to active the low back and ultimately tighten its resting state to bring the hip up.

I read your book, enjoyed it, and did the exercises. It helped a lot, but I still have issues in my right side... bursitis to PF/spur. Now I know for sure that it is somatic... and I am searching for a good course on it. Any recommendations???

There are also articles on my site that will help you address your issues as you go through the courses, such as:
