Very nice! I wished I bought your design first! I gotta know what you’re wearing on your fingers & also how you were using your seam ripper during the final stitching. It almost looked like you were guiding the frame.

      Hello thank you.
The things on my fingers are Oval eight ring splints for stability due to a genetic condition.
I was actually using the seem ripper to lift the side of the hoop so that it doesn’t drag on the base. I wasn’t actually lifting anything, I was just holding it there and letting the hoop slide over it. Sometimes I use a chopstick for that, sometimes I use extra pieces of felt. Hope that makes sense.

Awesome video. Thank you. I have this pattern. However, I am going to go back and purchase the blank with no tabs on the sides.

Thanks for this terrific tutorial! So helpful. What type of tape are you using? Just clear Scotch tape?

Thank you. I use just plain scotch tape sometimes (but never on clear vinyl), but I will also use paper medial tape, the kind they stick to you with a cotton ball after bloodwork.

I forgot to ask, what size rivet is needed?

Rivet size will depend on material thickness for the post size. I like a 9 mm double cap with a 9-10 mm post length, but if your material is thinner a shorter post will work.
Cap size will depend on the finished look you want. I just like the 9 mm cap size.

Love the wallet. Could you use a cotton woven for the lining, a print for a little color?

I don't think a cotton wouldn't work well as the edges would still be raw and fray. You could always try a heat-n-bond on the cotton then adding it. As long as the edges would be sealed from fraying.

Hello, today I purchased this file and there is NO Bean stitch to be found in the file. Help!

I hope you managed to get the file worked out. There is definitely a bean stitch as one of the last color stops,
