The white spindly looking things are flowers! Usually takes A LOT of energy to make flowers so a couple leaves are going to be neglected and drop off due to the energy expenditure. Overall, its healthy as long as new leaves are coming in. Rule of thumb for most plants, if they droop, leaf texture doesn't feel "full" of water/stiff(?), and if the pot feels overall light is a sure sign to water thoroughly. If you wait to see all three signs, guarantee will never over water.

It's incredibly helpful for hormonal balance - during luteal phase, your body needs more progesterone, so you eat 2 tbsp of sesame seeds & 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds every day for those 2 wks, and then during follicular phase, your body needs more estrogen, so you eat 2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds & 2 tbsp of flax seeds every day for *those* 2 wks. I know it’s been hard having not so nice people comment on content, losing your dear fur baby and the depression and anxiety that results from these experiences but please remember your loyal followers (of which there are many) love you for who you are and what you share with us and anyone who is negative … is negative in every aspect of their lives …. We don’t want to internalize their hatred and negativity… put it this way … you are good friends with Whitney Simmons … these days she is very much struggling as well with peoples cruel comments …. Good day, I had a plant that had some leaves that were turning yellow. I googled of course to ask why, turns out, when I was watering the plant it seems I was not getting it all saturated, so I started watering it even, if that makes sense, removed the yellow leaves and now , no yellow leaves,

You should do a trial and error of the luteal phase workout!
I know you're into skin procedures...try RF microneedling. Results continue to build for a year +. I recommend a nerve block/numbing cream before the procedure. Most come in a package of 3. Make sure it's RF, it targets the skin much deeper than regular microneedling. You'll love it!

It looks like the plant is in the original pot. I would try repotting it. A lot of times the plan is overgrown in the pot and needs to be repotted.

Aluni Nu energy drinks can cause cystic breakouts. Took me awhile to make the connection to my own breakouts. I read several Amazon reviews where it has happened to other people as well. I decided to cut them out and sure enough, I haven't had it happen since. Just something to consider trying and seeing if its causing the same skin issues for you.

I love icon meals. I love how I can custom my meals. Factor doesn’t give you that option.
Pro Tip: if you swipe some deodorant on your thighs it wont chafe when doing your cycling. There are products like BodyGluide that make stuff for it too but I found a deodorant stick to be the best. That way you can still wear your fav shorts and never have to worry.

I would try Accutane Nikki. You’ve been struggling with adult acne for as long as I have been watching you. One of Accutane’s indications is persistent moderate acne. It doesn’t necessarily have to be severe. You would do well on a low dose for 6 months to a year. Afterwards, you’ll never have to deal with acne ever again.
I went on accutane and my acne came back. 😭🤣

For most plants, just stick your finger in the soil (past your first knuckle or so). If the soil is still damp, don’t water. :) If dry, water :)
