Join in person fitness classes and schedule them at the same time everyday! You can stack habits onto getting ready for the class/coming back. Once you’re in a class you’ll also see through a whole workout and maybe even socialize! If my budget allowed I would definitely do it!

Nikki, I feel like you might benefit from getting out and getting a job outside of being an influencer. Having somewhere you go every day, working with others and making a difference. I've noticed most of your videos from the last year, even longer, you mainly talk about how you're struggling. Is being an influencer fulfilling to you? Something to think about, and maybe you already have. I hope you figure things out and really start actually thriving ❤️

This is soo relatable. I have been on a fitness journey for years and remember all the old old Nikki vids. Last October I moved into my first home on my own and it’s been a journey! I was living off ready meals for convenience and not working out, putting it all down to various excuses! Fast forward to now I am the heaviest I have been in a long time and the battle between self love and feeling good in myself is real. I’ve came to accept that when my body gets to a certain point it impacts on my mental health because every time I look in the mirror or go to wear anything other than sweats I feel terrible! I realise now I enjoy being fit and feeling healthy. I know my habits haven’t been the best so I’m on a mission to getting back to my old self. This video was perfect timing thank you so much xxxx

You are right on with the habits! I made a video about that not long ago and habit stacking, specific times everyday is so key! I also think linking an emotion to it helps- like waking up early makes you feel productive and in control of your day because of “xyz.” Being a SAHM, I pretty much HAD to create my daily schedule with habits to keep accountable. If you don’t, it’s so easy to let the day get the best of us! You’re definitely not alone on that. ❤

I imagine it is easy for you to fall into the vortex of comparing yourself to your friends who are in the fitness industry and are always on it with their fitness regime and have no "off season" but to us normies you look super fit ahaha I think since you did do bikini competitons, this "fitness break" for you is great for your metabolism and healing itself by not having any restrictions and going with the flow. A lot of women who compete mess their hormones for years. Courtney King explains that a lot in her videos. She seemd to be in a funk too and has found her groove again but is focusing on health.

There's a lot of days because you were and so good phenomenal shape you take off the grind and go I don't even work out as much as I used to. But when you are first working out seeing results you are working out constantly. But when you've been working out more than five years it's harder to see results. I too have tried to make “good health choices” over the years and the discoveries I have recently made about those choices have been astonishing. I just learned a few weeks ago that AAALLLLL those countless HEALTHY things I have been making sure to eat are literally catastrophic to your health. I’m mortified and now my intense, excruciating detox all makes sense. I’ve learned to never stop reading and searching and never assume what you’ve been doing is serving your body well. If only I had known more about nutrition years ago I could have avoided so much inflammation and destroying my entire digestive tract. The numbers on the scale really don’t matter. The important thing is, how consistently are we keeping the inflammation in our bodies down to a minimum.

You may not like what I'm about to say, but "it's a false you're going through and it will pass. You will come out on the other side looking and more importantly feeling like a brand new you."

Hi Nikki, can you talk about the difference in training when it comes to on/off birth control pills? I remembered a while ago you said you're finally off the birth control of 10 years and I wonder if you feel any difference when lifting! Thank you!

Dude Nikki! I had no idea that you’re a Pisces like me! No wonder I can super relate to you! I absolutely adore you! I stopped watching your videos for awhile. I lost motivation and gained 60 lbs and now being the heaviest I ever been. Watching your videos is a huge encouragement and it’s nice to know you’re going back on that grind as well! FYI I been binging your videos

Ok so let me preface this by saying, it took me until I was in my 30s to realize that I had adhd. And I’m now realizing that all my faves on social media ARE ALSO ADHD. Just face palming so hard like how did I not know 🙃🙃🫣 Anyway, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH NIKKI 💗

One of the beautiful parts of life is change! Things become more or less important in different phases of our life. I think working out and eating well will make you feel better even if your body doesn’t shift at all. I’m not in my early twenties anymore, so my body has changed a little.
