      This is what competent job interviews should be like from the start without the idiotic "Tell me where do you see yourself in 5 years" or "how much money do you want" or other irrelevant questions.
      Direct practical situation of the job overseen by the manager of that position.
      If the candidate is capable then you discuss financial aspects.

    This is beautiful work. The technique to keep the leather tied in place is not something I have seen before. Your technique for pulling the stitch tight, moving the tape and continuing, then finishing by pulling tension in the final knot is what sets this apart as master work.
    Thank you so much for sharing this skill with us!

    Oiga don cesar pero los carros modernos creo que no se no se le quitan las tapas asi de facil. Yo ahorita quiero forrar el volante de una frontier de piel. Que me recomienda? Feliz año nuevo.

    • @Cechaflo
      @Cechaflo  3 года назад +1

      El volante de este video es un modelo simple que no lleva bolsa de aire. La Frontier es un carro moderno y supongo que tiene bolsa de aire debajo de la tapa. En todos los casos esta parte incluyendo la tapa, llevan tornillitos que lo sujetan, pueden ser dos, uno a ambos lados. Hay que buscarle las tapitas de plástico, levantarlas y alli encontraremos los tornillitos de sujeción. Generalmente, son de cabeza torx plana, aveces el torx especial que lleva un pin delgado en el centro. Entonces debemos tener la llave especial para estos tornillos. En Auto Zone podemos conseguir estos desarmadores.
      Para quitar estas tapas hay que seguir un proceso. En este video muestro los pasos a seguir. Aunque es de otro carro, pero es algo parecido. hay que tener mucho cuidado con el solenoide del claxon que es muy frágil y se puede llegar a romper. Con un pedazo de cita maskin se puede sujetar. Tome fotos durante el proceso para volver a colocar igual las piezas. Al montar nuevamente el volante tienen que escanear para volver a activar la bolsa de aire.

      Muchas gracias por ver los videos y ¡También le deseo un Feliz Año Nuevo!!!

      Estimado Osvaldo, El video completo dura 4 horas. Si lo observa con detenimiento entenderá que hicimos. Este método es el básico.
      ruclips.net/video/PcAmaou3F2g/видео.html
      Si Ud. entra a lista de reproducciones del canal encontrará otros videos relacionados y de apoyo.
      La medida de la pieza de piel corresponde a la circunferencia interior. La piel/cuero tiene que cortarse en el sentido del estiramiento del cuero/piel.
      La piel/cuero al estirarse sobre el aro adopta una forma tubular estirándose gradualmente. El máximo estiramiento es en la circunferencia o parte exterior del aro.

What happened is I got some information that in a country of Europe some smart people has taken screenshots from my 'steering wheel video courses' and were selling them at a price of 390 euros each one. In other words, they were or are profiting from my free videos.

    Excelente videos que size de hilo es recomendable para los Volantes ?

    • @Cechaflo
      @Cechaflo  6 лет назад +2

      Para las puntadas de beisbol y de cruz se recomienda un hilo de polyester grueso. Aquí en Mexico es el 'doble cero. Me parece que corresponde al hilo N°207 y para las puntadas de 'bastilla o europeas' se usa en N° zero que creo que es el 138 en USA.
      ¡Muchas gracias por ver el video!

      Hola,
      No tenemos un taller abierto al público pero si aceptamos trabajos de fuera. Por lo general suelen enviar las piezas en correos de México, pero puede ser cualquier otra compañia.
      Estamos en Guadalajara.

    What thread are you using and where can I purchase it if it is special. Thanks

    • @Cechaflo
      @Cechaflo  6 лет назад +1

      The thread size of this polyester thread is called here in Mexico 'double zero'. I suppose it corresponds to 207 thread size in USA.
      I am not sure, sorry. www.thethreadexchange.com/miva/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=polyester-thread

    Como e o nome dessa linha que você usou?

    • @Cechaflo
      @Cechaflo  4 года назад

      It is non bonded polyester thread. Bonded polyester threads are much better because they have a resin that adds resistance and avoids fraying.
