Had a 2005 750.....and so much of this video reminds me of all the stuff i did. Had broken front faring stay broken that was held together with zip ties. The exhaust was trashed with amateur welds holding it together....etc etc

I had the yellow and black version of this awesome machine. Wow, it was a puppy round town but get it on the open road and give it it’s head it was an absolute monster! I never managed to top it out but I did 150mph+ all the time very very easily, mostly on my way to work. One time I had a dice with a Porsche 911 along the M4 motorway in South Wales and he gave up after 20 miles or so, he had better top end, allegedly, but I got there significantly quicker. He actually saluted me😊 IMHO this is the best bike ever all round Suzuki should never stop making the 750 but they have - error.

Nice restore. Lets hope you will never have a problem with leaking seal under clutch cover (near the pump). BTW if you need an easier clutch - dont try to install hand levers, its useless. Just swap the clutch cover with the one from GSR600 and extend its lever.

Hi Taylor, good job, well done. It seems you had a pretty decent deal. Would you share with us your grand total amount spent on replacement parts?

Looks good man! Just wondering I'm trying to buy parts for my bike it's an 05 gsxr 750 and I was just wondering where you bought your parts? I've been looking online for various parts and I don't know what I should trust.

Thanks brother! For sure. What parts are you specifically looking for? Depending on what you need I have a few places I use!

@@taylorjhaug I'm currently looking for the Headlamp assembly and a new gas cap. Pretty basic but I'm new into this and I don't want to buy somethings that's crappy or doesn't fit right.

@@giovaniragone7179 I got my headlight assembly from eBay actually. The quality was pretty darn good to I have to say. A great place to get stuff as well is finding bikes people are parting out on eBay, Facebook marketplace, or craigslist. Especially if you want OEM parts, find bikes people are parting out and go that route. Gas caps are easy to grab off a part out.

Yes sir, there was a few things I didn’t get to catch on camera. One of which was a update on the front brakes. New master cylinder, lines, and fluid. Sometimes I just forgot to grab my camera! Lol especially on the days when I was on a time crunch to get back to work
