not that dangerous stunts in witcher... and mission impossible ones are usually those high places (looks dangerous) but you are strapped in with wires etc
If I was an action movie star, I'd never miss an occasion, during promotions, to mention the names of my stunt doubles. In this type of movies, they're sometimes as important as the actor.

Its funny, Henry saying he doesnt do the “tricky” stunts then, and now hes doing all his own stunts, sitting on the edge of a helicopter, with the doors open, and going 90 miles an hour, hanging off the side of a terrifying cliff and much more. Mad respect for henry! (And of course all stuntmen)

to be fair those kind of stunts are way safer in a way that you are strapped in with a wire... action stunts where you fly trough walls or get launched into air and back down etc are way more dangerous injury wise.

These stuntmen are real life heroes. They can do such amazing feats and stunts. This stunt guy is the real superman.

Without these wonderful people, the movies that we all love so much wouldn't be anywhere near as exciting or visually appealing. They literally put their lives on the line for our entertainment.🏆🏆

How big did Henry Cavill get for the role, his weight slightly diminishes his height.
the same way hugh jackman got the role of wolvie, when he isnt supposed to be that tall.
These guys are great actors. Bcuz these aren't just roles they embody, they are iconic. Yea, Wolverine's character is short. But Hugh was the perfect for it, so they overlooked his height. That's a big deal, bcuz Hollywood is strict with who can play what, based on the popularity of the character. Henry is setting a new trend and bringing a new wave of fandom over to DC, bcuz he is now the face of Superman. I'm sure a lot of fans are women, I'm sure you can imagine why lol. But that's the way it is. As a longtime fan of DC, it was cringing to see Clark Kent shorter than Bruce Wayne in the scene where they meet for the first time. Why? Bcuz both Kal-el and Clark are physically impossing men. And to see that dminitive height difference was hard to watch. Still, i got over it, but it's just one of those things I'm sure Hollywood could've corrected or fixed. Even though it's such a small thing, it makes such a big difference too. Maybe I'm just impossible, but that's how I feel.

It's no big shock why they chose Brandon Routh to play Superman in 2006. I'm sure his acting skills had something to do with it. But I'm sure he got the part on his looks alone. I think he's a great actor. The reason why Superman Returns failed is bcuz. Warner Bros. was trying to hard to give us the Superman from the 70's Christopher Reeves' version. They weren't daring enough to respect the old and start a new. I loved that movie, but it felt like a love story, and that's just not all Supermans about. I like the way they introduced Superman's son into the fold. It was a tale of endless possibilities, and rape jokes, smh. I always thought Brandon Routh was the future. But then came Henry Cavil, and he shook the Superman fan base to it's core. He wasn't the pretty boy Routh was. But he didn't have to be, his rugged good looks were a heart throb for women all over the world. But it was his skilks as an actor that took everbody by surprise. His new take and innovative approach to the "Man of Steel" and Clark Kent won over the hearts of die hard fans and critiques alike. That's rare. I feel like Brandon's version failed bcuz it was ultimately his look that distracted his audience. I remember thinking, man he looks just like Christopher Reeves, throughout the whole movie. Henry is a phenomenal actor and had to step up to the plate alongside other elite actors and actresses who had already made a name for themselves. Man of Steel was Henry's greatest test. And he passed with flying colors. This was the kinda movie that can make or break an actors career for the rest of their life. All in all, I love both versions. Thing is Brandon Routh looks like Christopher Reeves Superman, much love and respect to both. But when i look at Henry, he is Superman.
