@@dvictor5750 would be an awesome match but Supergirl would be the underdog of the fight maybe because she could still be inexperienced.
In Wonder Woman's case, it would be a battle between two female pros. Two experienced and fierce pros. battling it out, one on one. Definitely would be better than the WW vs Cheetah scene (even tho that scene is kinda good for me).
That moment of peace that henry talked about when filming the underwater scene just hit so deep with me because I actually do that at the sea and I actually feel that peace, and I can tell you that, it's actually exactly what he describes and it's one of the best feelings you can have.
I can only imagine what that feels like. I hope I get to experience such a feeling one day. That kind of peace in the world nowadays comes across as extremely peaceful 👍👍

The fact that they did everything literally mostly practical is fuckn epic. No wonder why this movie looks so amazing, like Henry literally risked his life for that underwater shot? Like just wow. Snyder needs to continue to do stuff like this is, it’s just mind blowing

I think as great as the action was many people wanted more character development from Clark Kent. I also thought they rushed over the Clark and Lois relationship.
Faora stole the show as a villain for me. Such a badass.

I really wanted to see her character learn how to fly during the movie like Superman and Zod did. Would of been even more badass.
Technically so did Zod. Every Kryptonian actor in this movie is just so spot on with their acting.

This is why DC stands out! Grit, realism, fantasy, and the right placement of humor. Deeply loved MoS, BvS, and the Snyder Cut !ZS is a visionary and I'm not even a die-hard fan. You have my respect, ZS!
Too bad they ended up with WB who simply lacks the IQ to understand Zack's vision and also quite arrogant to think that the plans they come up with for DCEU is better than Zack's.

This movie set the standard of what future superman movies could be. The fighting sequences in this film blew me away and what was a real treat is that we never got to see a superman live action movie with this level of brilliantly executed action until this one. Understandable in the 70s, 80s and maybe 90s, cause of tech limitations. But fans have been craving for something like this, myself included, to bring this superhero to the big screen in the 21st century, so we can get to see his true power showcased the way it was intended. Zack Snyder is brilliant !!!
General zod , faora ul and all characters did very good acting .. the physical appearance also perfect. Michael Shannon did really good .. justice to character .
i just watched again man of steel on netflix last week and i realized just how detailed and well-planned the movie is. it's a masterpiece
re the dialogue, Henry is playing him as a much more reserved and introverted person. He’s an alien who was taught to hide his powers, so while he learned to fit in with humans he isn’t the bubbly, hyper optimistic version from the past.
This movie is a masterpiece of art along with BVS and Justice League, amazing movies.

Man of Steel was incredible....seeing how the actors here were built to emulate that really blasts the movie into another level. Also, Henry IS Superman.

This movie is so underrated honestly, those that complain about anything regarding this movie should just keep to Reeves Superman that was made 30 years ago, as a kid i love those movie's but i am not a kid growing up in the 1980s anymore and in the year 2000s this Superman Movie is everything i wanted and more, the attention to detail shows in every frame and Henry Cavill was born to play this character, when u watch this movie imagine if Superman was really out there and just sit back and enjoy the ride, a true masterpiece as was the epic movies that followed, thankyou Zack Synder and the incredible team for giving me movies i will always have at the top of my collection! 💯

Zack never shortchanges the audience. You know the actors prepare for months and that each character is built up as an individual, not per scene. The way they filmed this is amazing.

This movie its my favorite dc movie and when i see how they filming it, it blows my mind, i never spect that level of work.
Russell Crowe has changed his physical appearance significantly, from movie role to movie role.
It's quite impressive.
He can go from looking like a Gladiator to looking like a much more overweight truck driver-looking dude in modern America, chasing a woman and her child around all day in an epic road rage episode.
Clearly, one was shot a few years earlier, when he was closer to his physical prime, and looks much closer to his actual age in the other, but it's equally clear that he can change back to that peak of physical fitness again, if a role demanded it of him, more seamlessly than many other working actors would be able to.

This Movie was Fucking incredible, I still to this day don’t get the hate for it. The special effects and fight scenes were the best in any comic book movie. Seen it loads of times and still love it.

Man so much goes behind making every scene and moment of the movie. So much hard work, dedication, enormous efforts and discipline and attention to details, which is not appreciated as much as it deserves.
That's why I loves the BTS of Superhero movies as much or sometimes more than the movies itself, so much cool stuff to see and witness....
Also damn, after watching Synder's cut of JL, I can only imagine how awesome it would have been BTS especially the Darkseid moments...
If WB recast this man it's their lost. Henry is the perfect man to don superman. Just give him a good fucking story and a experienced director kaboom.

This movie was awesome. Both behind the scenes and the real movie. It's amazing how much work was put into it. I wish you'd see this with Marvel movies. Lots of work go into those movies but they don't show it to us this way. Plus they just depend too much on the CGI. For instance, they've got good Spider-Man costumes and stunt work, but in the actual movie, the whole thing is replaced with CGI. Same with Black Panther. I don't know why they'd do that.

@Meta Man great comment, still the cg can really be off putting tho if not done correctly. It’s also safe to say that the same has happened with the tasm movies. Except, I’m not sure what it was, but the cg looks infinitely better than homecoming, which is odd.

He looks great for his age (55) , I think he just aged pretty good until his mid 40's , he has been working out for years so I don't really understand the weight loss part

This exactly why I prefer DC. Because they actually make you think about how these heroes and villains have repercussions in the real world. The film was a complete package and an epic journey from start to finish. I love the graphic novels used, the properly executed punchlines, and the background of the characters introduced. This movie did a great job showing the sheer power and destructive capabilities of Kryptonians under a yellow sun. Bro I am insanely in love with this cinematography and combat sequence. Notice how Faora didn't bash Clark's masculinity or invoke any "girl power" nonsense? And still, she came off as a powerful female character in the movie. That's good writing by Goyer, the Nolan brothers, and Zack Snyder. Also brilliant acting by Crowe, Shanon, and Cavil.

I should apologise. What I meant to say is. I would love to see another Superman movie Alone? Not another Justice League? Even though I love all of DC movies, and comics. I think another Superman movie would be awesome. We have so many Batman movies, and not that many Superman? Well, at least not as much as Batman.

Awesome featurette for anyone who’s a superman fan. I saw it, when it was released and marvelled at this new story being told. With enhancement of characters, actions and close to realism all brought to life in this film. Pleasantly, surprised by the military presence in this film being the real deal. A round of applause for everyone involved in this movie project. Ignore, the critics whose talk is cheap. They couldn’t even make a film of this magnitude. Enjoy…

You say Superman has 43 lines of dialogue in Man Of Steel, and that is objectively wrong, do your research, he has 43 lines of dialogue in Batman v Superman theatrical edition, but everyone knows the Ultimate Edition of BvS is the real version of the movie so I don’t even know why you put that at the end.

remember when i first saw at the cinema i didn't expected this to basically be a remake of Superman 2 so it was a huge surprise for me since that was always my fav of the superman movies and of course the original
