I got diagnosed with POTS in October and I had to miss school for three months because my Symptoms were getting worse. It was the scariest time of my life. I am doing better now, but I still remember how dark those days were. I will pray for you this morning that the Lord will give you peace and comfort. Hang in there
I used to have panic attacks a lot as a kid, and when I was in sixth grade my mom told me about this song. She said, “Whenever you start to feel trapped or anxious at school, and you’re allowed to listen to music, play this song and try to relax. Listen to the words and believe them.” And I did listen, although believing them took me awhile sometimes. One day I played it 15-20 times on repeat before I calmed down. But it did help, and I hardly ever have panic attacks anymore. I listened to this song again, and it reminded me of what God has done for me in just the last two years of my life. I am extremely thankful for all that He has done for me.

Not a better time to have this posted than now... I have so much going on in my life right now and worry has had me down like crazy the past few days. Not only do I have a daily struggle with Asperger's Syndrome, but there are other things among that that have had me worrying and stressing. What a breath of freedom this song had on me as I listened to it for my first time just now! Thank you so much TAN for the songs you guys write. The Lord has used more than one of your songs to help me through different difficult seasons in my life. This one will definitely be one I listen to for the next month or so as I will be starting college soon (another thing that has me stressing/worrying/nervous). 😌

I have learned to talk back to my anxiety. When anxiety says "Don't do it, something bad could happen" I push back with "Probably not, and if something bad does happen, I'm strong enough to deal with it!"

This song calmed me down. I just had a dream that's about one of my fears that I'm working over, its about the Rapture. I woke up scared to death, and I couldn't sleep after that and worried about ti all day. i was reading scripture and trying to feel Jesus. But the fact of the matter is, Jesus comes though in his LOVE.I though the rapture was terrifying and should be seen as scary. but the truth is, it's the time when our loving, kind, compassionate, sin-forging Father calls us home and out of this wrecked world. sometimes I struggle with that truth, but Romans 8:31, Romans 9:37-39 wash all those fears away.

I am struggling with anxiety and some little of depression and truthfully I am always scared and I don't even know the answer to. I don't have a religion. Most of my family are Christians and I am not. I really want to learn more about god and give myself to him but I don't think I can yet because I'm scared. I'm scared that if I give myself to him I'll find out that he isn't real and I was just living a lie. I don't want that to happen. I need more proof really.
