I remember one time my Grandmother was sleeping. So I stayed in the room with her, and watched her sleep. Later on, she went to the bathroom. I was watching TV, and some voice in my head told me to go into the bathroom with her. Then another voice told me to just listen to music on my phone, and go back to my room. So I chose to go into the bathroom with her. I went in there, and about thirty seconds later, she starts saying "Oh Lord, help me Jesus.", and her eyes roll back into her head, and her body goes limp. I called out to my aunt, and she called the Ambulance. We went to the hospital, and it turns out that she had a seizure. The doctor told me "If you wouldn't have went into the bathroom with her, she would have died." . I know that God was speaking to me in my head. This happened two years ago, and now my Grandma has passed, but I know she is no longer worn.

I believe I'm alive right now because of God. I was 6 or 7 at a friends pool party one time and I couldn't swim. I got on one of those noodle things and accidentally went to the deep end. Inevitably I fell off and almost drowned. Luckily my dad showed up probably seconds before I was dead.(my mom was sitting right next to the pool talking and didn't notice me drowning). Anyways my dad and brother showed up just in time to save my life. Luckily my brother had a broken arm and didn't want to stay at his friends house any longer. Also if my dad would've hit one more red light or if they would've played games for even a little bit longer I wouldn't be here so in my opinion that's just to many coincidences that just so happened to save my life for there not to be a God looking out for me.

Im so sorry for your lost?I lost mine 7 years ago he was my best friend and better half?but im here to tell you i have come this far? Simply because of my redeemer savior Jesus Christ the very day he passed away in our bedroom at our house. I remember being so lost in my own home and i remember falling in knees crying?asking my Lord you need to prove me my Lord that im going to make without Daniel and then I said OMG please forgive me lord for saying he needed to proof that im gonna make it without him and I said of coarse I will Daniel was just a man not my God. It is you lord I cant be without i litterly will not make it. And after I repented this beautiful peace came over me!!!and the next thing I layed down on the very hospital bed he died on?with my legs crossed and watching his TV he loved so much I was so at peace and our son the oldest saw first hand the miracle on me we had 2 sons. And he said mama you look good and I said with a calm voice yes son?im okay your dad went to be with Jesus and I told my son the Lord bless me with your father 23 good years and this is how I told my son HE BLESSED ME FOR GIVING ME YOUR DAD FOR 23 BEAUTIFUL YEARS AND BLESSED HIM FOR TAKING HIM HOME. SO HERE I AM 7 YEARS LATER STILL PRAISING MY LORD JESUS STRONGER THAN EVER AND IM READY TO BE BLESSED AGAIN WITH ANOTHER CHOSEN HE HAS FOR ME ITS AMAZING SISTER JESUS IS TRULY THE ANSWER AMEN😊

I love Tenth Avenue North and I can basically say this song saved my life. In 2013, I was depressed to the point I felt life didn't have a purpose anymore. I was driving around at night, completely and utterly hopeless, flipping through the radio when this song played and I broke down and cried and it was like a hug from God and I listened to the words of this song and how closely they matched how I felt and let me tell you...redemption won, the struggle ended and God mended my heart. The song rose from the ashes of my broken heart and all that was dead inside was reborn and I am no longer worn. Thank you, Lord.

Courtney Pagleno I was like you too. I had attempted suicide before but it was overdose. I went to a Christian camp and the day after it was over i was going to attempt to kill myself. But this time I was going to use a gun. I went to the camp and God changed my life and the band played this song. I accepted Christ and all of my depression is gone.

They are also missing hope. They have no hope for lasting peace and safety. Human wars have never provided peace and safety that lasts.

Beastinvader I used to be a Christian... but I'm now an atheist because there are some things in the Bible I just can't stand by and I believe in science. However, I will NEVER stand by other atheists in the sense that Christian music isn't good. I went to Winter Jam 2017 with a Christian friend for the heck of it and had a blast, and even though I don't believe in God anymore, it was still uplifting and inspirational to help me become a better person. I left /happier/. I can proudly say I have Tenth Avenue North, Britt Nicole, Colton Dixon and Crowder in my music library. :) Christians are some of the best people.

My "audience" when singing is not usually my ministry folks, but volunteers and others who I want to understand how people can feel. My favorite times in life showing my kids how to give love from the heart, compassion, a helping hand to serve others was when we helped families at our local homeless shelter, I made amazing meals for and with them ❤ and sat down with their families how to feel happy again during struggles. I sat down read stories and created beaded bracelets and teaching them about Jesus Christ. Blessings brother.

But the truth is, he says, that this is an ongoing struggle, we're worn every single day from all the darkness of this world. That's why we must accept this and turn to God for help. I have to do these long,obnoxious spreadsheets at my internship and needed to take a break so I put on my Tenth Avenue North station for some uplifting Christian music and this song came on. God knew just what I needed.
I first heard this song at a service for a co-worker who lost a battle with brain cancer about 7 years ago. I am honestly not a very religious person (although I do have faith), but I think this song speaks to everyone who has been worn down by life. We all face struggles that can seem insurmountable, we all have periods when we feel worthless and unloved, and we all cry out for redemption. At those times, when I hear this song I know I am not alone.
I want to offer hope... When this song came out I sang it with all of my heart and soul as my prayer to God. I was in the depths of losing my career to a disability, my life was a wreck mostly of my own making. I was the definition of worn. At the time this song came I had lost all hope and was in the deepest depression imaginable. I prayed earnestly and with sobbing, "Let me see redemption win, let me know the struggle ends, let me know a heart can be reborn..." Here it is almost ten years later and He has answered that prayer in the most glorious way imaginable. If you are struggling - hold on! God is not through with you.
Lost my mom to Cancer 6 years ago , this song reminds me of her ,she was so worn from fighting to stay alive even before the day begone... she cried out to God with all she had left because she knew he could give her rest and at the end she passed away, but for her Redemption won and the struggle ended as cure wasn't meant to be and she told us to let her go with the savior. I love this song! I know my mom is with the lord.

I'm totally blind and often get headaches that last for days. I also have a disease that messes with my hearing and balance. My marriage of 19 years ended in divorce, and I miss my kids so much, but she got the custody. If it weren't for my faith in God, I promise you I'd end my life right now... But I do have faith in Him. I do know that my redeemer lives. I do know that the Bible is the sufficient, inerrant word of God, so I keep on breathing. I keep on living even though it's pure hell so much of the time. I can either sing this song or cry my heart out, and I usually choose to sing the song. It's so helpful and just says it all;
Please never give up because in the end it's all going to be okay. There's always going to be some one there for you no matter what even if you don't think there is. Just never give up hope and just pray and it's always okay to cry because it just means that you have just been to strong for too long and that you have the biggest heart and that sometimes you just need to let go and just let it all out.

This song has a special impact on me, I'm fighting depression and suicide, and have been for at least ten years. Ventured in to drugs, and luckily made it out alive, unlike some friends, may they rest in peace. Since I started back to church two years ago, it's only gotten worse. So many people judge because of my past, and my struggle, and they can't understand my pain. The good thing is, I know that with God I can prevail, so I keep searching. Hopefully one day I can proclaim that I'm no longer worn and tired, and that HE has put his graceful healing on me, and made me new. #RedemptionWinsWithHim

It definitely is tiring but you can't give in. You need to keep fighting and prevailing till you win. It is a battle and it will surely come to an end because all battles end. You need to keep fighting so that in the end, you will be the winner and not all those things. God says He won't give us more than what we can handle, you have come this far to give up now. You need to fight so that you can be a source of hope and encouragement to someone else. I pray God continues to give you the strength you need to carry on.
In 2012 this was the song of my soul. I still weep when I hear this. I lost my house was deep in debt and ended up getting divorced. I nearly killed my four times between Aug 2012 and Sept 2013. My prayers are wearing thin.....how true this was. If anyone is going....straight up through hell. God loves you God wants you to fight. I know its so hard!!!! But fight, fight like hell! Surviving is the biggest battle cry!!!!
God has perfect timing, I found him a few weeks before I went into a bad depression, I wanted to commit suicide, but God kept me strong telling me that things will get better, God saved my life, I could never repay him for all he has done for me and what he is still doing for me, I know I am not the only one too, so I say God Bless everyone, Amen

I suffer so much anxiety, depression, and I am so lost and confused, both emotionally and spiritually. Oftentimes, I don't know how I move on. There are days where I say "I just can't do this anymore". I listen to this song, as well as "Hope In Front of Me" (Danny Gokey) and "I'll Be The Light" and "Never Gone" (Colton Dixon), and all make me wonder how the God of the universe could possibly love me and pay any attention to me. Do YOU give a second thought about a pile of dog poop whenever you walk by it? Somehow God does. I've never done anything to deserve His love and attention, yet somehow He does. I ask for prayer, from all of you, my fellow Christians, and I pray for all of you who struggle the same. I pray that you know He loves you. I know this, and even though I find it so hard to believe He could love me so much, it's all that keeps me going from day to day.

Here's my story of what was going on at the time
I was going through a really terrible panic attack the whole month I felt like I couldn't breathe, every day I would want to cry,I felt terribly dizzy
But I didn't know how to explain it to my worship team teacher because I just wanted to cry all the time
So my heart was wearing thin and it felt like tearing up
But after a few weeks of this mess I would mention myself as a prayer request to my science teacher every day up until April I started feeling better so I started feeling better all because of prayer #amen
I forgot to mention it but I couldn't explain it to anyone not just my worship team teacher but I eventually felt better but I was tired and worn out and I just felt terrible thx for a awesome song guys

I don't think these guys know how many lives have been saved because of the wors God breathed through. So many stories of self harm and suicidal thoughts or attempts, and they didn't go through with it because of this song. Thank you God for this band!
One time I was sick and was coughing a lot I started reading my Bible and when I prayed to ask God to help my sickness to go away so I could read without being bothered and he did also just last night I was sure I was going to through up I felt sick but I prayed to ask God to make me feel better and I didn't through up once after that an felt better. This has happened a few times my friend said that it happened to him too.

I have heard this song, and enjoyed it greatly. However, the past 9 months of my life have been nothing but a physical, mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual onslaught. The past 48 hours specifically have taken a toll on me, and as I sit here in a hospital with my 15 year old daughter this song came to mind for the first time in months, if not longer.

I was diagnosed post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorder, depression. I held everything in and I have a stubborn personality, thinking I can do everything by myself. The stress took a toll on my body, gave me Fibromyalgia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Scoliosis, heart arrhythmias where I have episodes that are stroke-like and everything completely debilitated me from working. God told me to stop and I did. It took me awhile to work past the worthlessness but when I heard this song, I broke down and realized: God's will not mine. I need to look at life through His eyes. That's when I realized I wasn't looking up to Him for redemption, I was wallowing in my depression. The power of free will is that we can choose how we think and act about situations. I chose to thank God for leading me to Him and guiding me every step of the way during these difficult times.

Being a nurse for 17 years, especially through the pandemic, being a caregiver for my mom who had dementia, being betrayed by family and friends for "being emotionally weak," I feel like this. Now, 3 months after losing my mom AND my job all in one week, I'm struggling to see myself reborn, to have hope, to keep going. I'm trying to rest and recover and believe the promises. Mom's struggle ended, but mine continues in a dark, cold and unstable world. I need to see good win.

When i was 32 I lost both my parents, cancer and stroke. I didn't know how i was going to move on with life. I turned to drugs, alcohol and pushed everyone away. 2 years of not stop using, I felt as if I was a lost cause, I was heading in downward spiral and no one could help me! I was stubborn and didn't listen to anyone. One day at work I called a company to request information, and I was put on hold and they happen to have a christian station playing and this song started to play. I was fortunate enough to be placed on hold long enough to hear the whole song, it took me days to find out who it was after hearing on the phone. This song gave me strength I didn't know i had, I felt wore and tired just like the words of the song. Things didn't change over night, but after that day, and countless hours of this song on repeat. I slowly made my way back, now I am happy to say, I am 3 years clean and have a beautiful wife and 2 beautiful children! Thank you for this song, the words the wisdom and chance at getting my life back!

God will answer your prayer, it will either be yes, no, or not yet. I know it is hard but try to put your full hope in Him. Have complete faith that He can heal your family.
