  • This video will show you how to get the Rigid Adapt XP lights on the Uptop Overland Alpha Rack using their LP6 windscreen. I chose these lights for their adaptive GPS technology and for using fewer of the buttons on my switch pros. I go through centering them correctly, how to get the on the bar, and the process for making sure they fit correctly in the windscreen fairing.
Plus the lights have covers to easily change from white to amber, etc, and while I was going to go Baja Designs LP6, this just made for a better solution for my needs.

From up top Overland when I ordered the rack. I think they say it is the Baja Designs LP9 version

I will get that edited and up. The 4 outer go to the switch pros in the truck in adaptive mode. The center on to the switchpros in the camper on full bright mode.

down each side of the rack, through the camper to the inside, down the electrical chase, through the bed, down the frame rail and up into the cab to the switchpros, good times! The center light only goes in to the camper and is connected to the switchpros in the camper for light at night.

Just curious, could you fit a kc hilites light with a similar dimension to an LP6 on the cutout?

Do these not come with the same adapt switch that allows you to narrow and widen the beam? Like the one that comes with the adapt light bars?

Mine did not. They do this based GPS technology in the lights and change based on speed traveling.
