Are they good for scapula pain and strength? I have weak core. I did push ups and slowly over the period of 3 months I have developed serious pain in shoulder blade. They cannot bear the weight of even simple school bag 3-4 notebooks

Hello I have pain in the front of my right shoulder when doing pushups, even simple version like wall pushups; and my right shoulder cracks a lot in the back near the armpit. I think it is because my shoulder tends to roll forward and I my scapular retraction is very weak on that side. I am hoping these exercises will help especailly the shoulder blade squeeze and the row. Thanks

My serratus interior and trapezius muscles are damaged due to a neuralgic amiotrophy, and this caused some extreme scapula winging.
Any chance these exercises could help with the blade stabilization even in this case, in your opinion?
i have a dislocated scapula. its been like that for 7+ years now. my movement isnt hindered. but it is sticking out a little amd when i bend , it comes out. it doesnt hurt. my question is . is it alright to live like this.
Yes but you may want to have it checked by an orthopedist.
Would this help treat trapezius atrophy? I cant even shrug my shoulder. I have zero contact with that muscle
Have you had an EMG to see if there is significant nerve damage?
@@OrthoEvalPal No I have not. Only got an ultrasound scan that confirmed that there is massive atrophy of the trapezius. I started doing this routine these last days and I get very sore in the neck, back and shoulder on the side of the atrophy. I think its doing something for sure. I dont think I would get sore like that otherwise. Except from the trapezius Im in very good shape. I can update later if there is any noticeable improvement :)
